TV signal very old and wifi very poor

Its hidden in the back nice & quite but limited parking they put parking violations on our side x side then we was getting charged for a pool towel. As a high class resort they should provide them. The rooms weren't remodeled like it said online beds where stiff , AC where out of date didnt get a room till 5pm

Fun activities and great location

I like this place been coming here since I was a little girl with my parents and the thing is the rooms need to be cleaned properly more so the bathrooms they need to take the mold from the edges or just remodel them

The service was really good, the people is friendly in the bar and restaurant. The kitchen suite needs to be updated and doesn’t have basic stuffs as a dishes soap, paper towel, salt, etc It was a good gateway with my family.

It’s nice and fun just be ready to walk lots of up and down hills to ur destination they don’t have golf carts not convenient for elderly or someone in wheel chair it’s a lot of walking unless u have a car and your driving then your good. The food it’s ok 5 out of ten.

The view is amazing! but as far as front office, they didn't seem so concerned about our key card not working (3-4 times) we were locked out and couldn't get inside. the rest of the staff, as far as housekeeping and night management was friendly and tried to help rapidly seeing us outside freezing with our infant and couldn't get inside our room. That place has a lot of potential just needs a little bit of updating the rooms and such. overall, our stay was fair besides that.

the building is too old the sink from the bathroom was not drain the water and the paint come off from the walls look like ghost town

It was ok in terms of the grounds. The gate up front, the pool area, etc were nice. The rooms not so much. The owners have invested in the grounds far more than the rooms. The paint was coming off the wall, our bathroom door had a hole in it, the beds were very hard, the linens were stained, and the cleanliness was not what you would expect at all. We also did not feel as safe as the door lock was not the best.

The area is beautiful, but the room need some upgrades

Great pools and friendly services. Lots of things to do. Only downside is hotel is a little worn. Needs an update bad.

El concepto del hotel está fantastica para ir en familia , principalmente con niños pero al hotel le falta actualizar el moviliario de las habitaciones porque almenos en nuestra habitacion se notaba el mal olor en el a/c , la tv es bastante viejita y no se veía bien , el telefono que tiene la habitacion no tiene menú de servicios por lo que no pudimos usarlo, algunas albercas se nota que estan faltas de mantenimiento porque tienen sarro en algunas areas .. pero las vistas que ofrece em hotel son fantansticas y a pesar de lo anterior que comento sí volveria a ir y aprovecharia los asadores que estan en medio de la montaña , super padre esa area.

bedding sheets and towels were dirty, had some questionable stains! bugs in the kitchen area, rooms and facility not updated at all.

It's not the resort's fault that we had bad weather, but everything is. Unfriendly receptionist to start with. Then the room didn't even had a chair and we were told that's normal - what hotel room doesn't have a chair??? Next problem was there were not enough outlets in the room. And then the beds, unless you like super hard ones you are in for an uncomfortable night.
