Very accessible to the train station and a great home base to stay while exploring Tuscany towns. A wonderful food city as well with many options.

The staff is amazing and makes up for the hard beds.

Great location, great service!

All staff is marvelous. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bartenders make great drinks and drinking them at sunset on rooftop is divine. Stayed there twice; will always go back. They can tell you where everything in town is, where to eat, shop, pray, visit. Rooms nicely laid out and comfy.

We checked in and were given keys to our room and the room was not clean. It had an awful smell too. We were given another room at exorbitant cost and the air conditioning was not working. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to the train station. Good buffet breakfast. Beds were mediocre-mattress was fairly thin. A/C didn't work. Had a room on the street side which was noisy until we closed the window. Only stayed one night so no big deal

Well, the hotel is very conveniently located but it lacks some basic features. The bathroom is outdated, it is difficult to take a shower, we were not offered an upgrade. We got a very dark room. We were not warned that to service the rooms you need to request them.

Wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Continentale in Arezzo, IT. We had a quiet comfortable room in a hotel that is a 10 mins. walk from the train station in one direction and a 10 min. walk to the old and historic part of town in the other direction. Very nice breakfast in the AM fir a reasonable price with very attentive staff. Front desk staff were always helpful. So much to see in Arezzo (medici Fortress, Archeological Museum, the Cathedral and Church of San Francesco. A good location for our day trips to towns of Cortona, Pienza and Montepulciano.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city

The floor in bathroom when we checked in could have been a little cleaner, but I just cleaned it up myself. Otherwise it was very nice. Service to the terrace was great as were the drinks. Hotel was convenient to train station and many fine restaurants.

Room was big and beautiful, and the view of all of Arrezo was more than spectacular. A must stay place.

Wonderful hotel positioned right at the center of this historic city. Staff was amazing!

We spent the last night of our 30 day trip at Hotel Continentale and had a great night and day.

Excellent time in this hotel location was very good if I ever come back to Arrezzo this is where I would book to stay
