Very out of the way and taxi from Bergamo expensive. Shower poor quality and little power

It is not by the airport at all. I would have been better just going and staying in Bergamo itself. In a very strange area, like an industrial place. Very noisy with people coming and going, loud people and children. Didn’t sleep great. Would not stay again.

Nice room and clean , just the washroom wasn’t very clean

The hotel is perfectly nice; room was good, bed comfortable and the breakfast (Eur 10) wasn't bad. Staff were mostly friendly. The location is near a motorway and airport - of course it's noisy. But it's well sound-proofed, so it wasn't an issue.

He only stayed for one night before heading to Lake Como. Very warm welcome, checkout again was excellent. Very friendly staff. We also had the breakfast in the morning. Only €10 fantastic, fresh selection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Too far from Bergamo airport (7 km). 25-30 euro taxi ride each direction.

Good place to stay when flying in or out of Bergamo when you have a car, as a taxi is expensive & free shuttle isn’t available. Money spent on transfer might as well be spent on higher grade hotel near the airport. Reasonable breakfast & free parking.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, looked after me really well. Love the sustainability initiatives (no plastics, jar in the room for free water). Would definitely come here again. Not very convenient for public transport though as you have to walk along a road with no footpath to get to the station, plus there was a little confusion over shuttle transport from the airport (Expedia said there was one, hotel said there wasn't, taxi driver said there was - I took the taxi!) In the hotel itself the only down point for me was that the pillows were very hard. I loved everything else!

I laked everything. And I especially remember your employee Rusanna I had a problem with charging my phone and camera, she solved this problem with great patience and attention. She is just super !!!!!!!!

We arrived at Bergamo airport and there was no shuttle bus to hotel.The taxi driver wanted 40 euros for an 8 min drive.We got the bus into Bergamo this was 10pm and couldn’t get a bus to the hotel😤We had to the get a taxi for 28 euros.Arrived exhausted.Next morning 40euros to Bergamo station.Thought the hotel was near the airport.Never again!!!!!!!!
