Lovely but noisy bathroom

Well located, this property is worth considering if you’re the kind who doesn’t mind walking around, including going to the main centres of attraction (Museo Nacional del Prado, Reina Sofia Museo, etc.). The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a hand in case you’re looking for restaurants. The breakfast buffet is well served but might need some extra in the “health section” with more choices.

This was a confortable hotel and very centrally located.

The hotel is well located in Chueca near Gran Via. Attractions, dining, museums are within walking distance and Metro stations nearby. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and bathroom.

There was no AC during this time as they shut it off for their winter. We opened that window and that helped keep the room cold! Breakfast was good lots of options

Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel. We stayed on the 7th floor so didn’t hear too much street noise.

Great hotel. Will deff book again next time I’m in Madrid. I would’ve loved to have been told ahead of time the pool area would be closed since that was one of the major reasons why I booked it no only the location

Hotel in a great location. Bathroom needs updating but the bedroom was fine. You’re basically paying for the central location.

The hotel staff was so nice. We arrived quite early from the airport and with my 90 y.o. mother, planning to just leave the luggage and kill some time before check in. But, the hotel staff was so nice they insisted my mother go and relax in the room. Everything was perfect during our stay.
