Wonderful room, quiet!

Staff was very helpful and lots of parking

Smelled like cigarette smoke on our floor when we got there, we complained andit got better. sofa bed horrendous

I'm giving this hotel a poor rating mainly because we did not have hot water when we stayed. We didn't realize this until early the next morning when we wanted to shower. The hotel staff could not get the issue fixed before it was time for us to check out. This was not their fault. I spoke with the staff about getting a partial refund for our inconvenience. They stated they would not give me a partial refund for the inconvenience because I booked through Hotels.com. They said they would give me Marriott points to be used later. However, the points they gave me was the equivalent of about $2.50. The hotel manager emailed me apologizing for the inconvenience, and I explained that giving me $2.50 was an insult, not compensation for the inconvenience. And, that I would like to be compensated fairly. The manager did not respond after that. The hotel itself was clean and in a nice area. The breakfast they offered was okay, not exciting. Overall, I would not have had any real complaints about the hotel, if we had hot water and been able to shower. Or, if the manager or staff had even attempted to compensate me fairly for the inconvenience. This is a Marriott run hotel and they should do a better job of taking care of their customers, even those that book through Hotels.com and not directly through Marriott. Basically, I paid over $165 for a room where I could not shower.

I didn't stat because it was the wrong hotel. I wanted to switch to the correct one, but couldn't connect to custoner service

Great stay

My only complaint was we had room 111 and it was right next to the boiler room which kicked on and off all night long was rather annoying. Would not recommend giving this room to anyone unless it was the only option available and the guest was told about it ahead of time.

Nicely designed room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar not many options.

Its a nice place to stay. Great staff and bfast. The facility needs updating.

The room smelled awful and when brought up to the staff, they came in and sprayed a heavy solution on the carpet and bed. It wasn't a great feeling knowing I was going to be laying in that bed momentarily. There were other complaints from guests that our group was traveling with. We've stayed there before and didn't have this experience so hoping this is a rare miss.

We arrived after dark. We missed the entrance because it was not lit and the parking lot was so dark. Not very safe after dark. Ran out of hot water Saturday morning. That’s never fun!

The front desk was very nice and helpful with checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Cozy, well maintained, good privacy and secluded parking.

Even though the property is a tad dated, it's very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Great value for the money.

Staff were very friendly - special recognition of the woman handling the breakfast who was so pleasant and accommodating.

I love how spacious the rooms are however, the bathrooms are very small. Our ac wasn’t working right and the dishwasher ran constantly however, the staff was incredibly responsive and kind! They quickly gave us another room.

Quick and efficient check in @ front desk. Clean room. Super comfortable bed.
