Pros: Welcoming staff, clean hotel/rooms, brand new pool, 24hr coffee machine in lobby, free breakfast (no milk/no fruit/no juice. Choices during our stay were Waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt & pancake/sausage on a stick). Cons: Pool is around 4 1/2 to 8 1/2 ft deep so no shallow area for kids except the steps. (A kiddie pool or splash pad in the grassy area would be nice) Offer milk & at least one fruit and/or juice with bfst Check all plug ins in the rooms, a few didn’t work Overall: It was a good stay for the price!

Rooms are very expensive in this area so I appreciate the effort the proprietor is making to offer an affordable option with care. The building itself could use a deep clean and some maintenance improvements. The location was perfect....ok stay

It’s a very well located hotel right on the beach. The building is a bit old and could use a renovation but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Solid hotel. Not fancy but friendly and comfortable enough. Location is GREAT on a quieter stretch of beach and our room had a wonderful view of the ocean. Pool deck is very nice, though the pool itself is VERY deep. Had a few minor issues with our room door, which were all taken care of promptly. Great stay, would be happy to be back.

The property itself could use a bit of an update, but the people who work at this hotel make up for the lack of updates. The staff was so incredibly sweet and helpful for my entire stay. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included - I could’ve been aware of this at the time of booking and forgot about it, but either way I was very happy with this. There were plenty of options available each morning (the waffles were my favorite). I added an extra night to my stay with no hassle, and was charged the same rate I had already paid instead of any up-charges. I do wish the pool area would have been accessible, but I do understand it needing to be closed for hurricane repairs. I am considering booking again next May so I hope the pool will be available then. I will definitely want to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and clean. On our balcony the view was beautiful and peaceful. Pool was closed for repair but it looks like it will be nice when completed. Plenty of parking. For the price, it was what we expected. Nothing super fancy but just what we were wanting if that makes sense. Breakfast was included and they had a nice coffee machine.

It's a nice hotel, great location just the rooms need to be updated.

Amazing. Everything was clean. The dishes and silverware were the only thing i kinda had an issue about. Previous people did not wash. Hotel was quiet. It was close to Daytona Speedway.

This has been our favorite beach hotel. The staff is awesome. Spectacular views of Ocean! Being a quaint little hotel, our needs are met right away. Because of the hurricane, the pool got damaged. After years of waiting for a replacement, it’s finally complete! Congrats to the hotel and its employees.

Ok place. Pool closed but they also blocked off the gates to the beach. Not sure why they could not have roped off the pool only and allow access to beach. Had to go thru next door hotel.

The front desk staff was very efficient and accepted our registered Emotional Support Animal with the greatest of ease. I offered her registration card and it was extremely smooth check it. Only had a small maintenance issue with the door lock needing a new battery. Our check out was extremely friendly just like our check in!! We look forward to seeing them again next year for Jeep Beach!!

Very nice small Hotel, staff is very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Property is a little worn and the pool is not available (we were made aware of that before arrival).
