I like to stay here whenever I need a place in Dubai. It is comfortable with a laid-back atmosphere. The staff is excellent from the managers to the housekeepers!

I am often (weekly) needing a room in Dubai. I would not think of going anywhere but Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai.

Someone from the hotel called me 1am in the middle of the night regarding payment for my stay with doesn't make sense as they had my info and I had not checked. They're after both my wife and I could sleep. Next day we woke up at 11am and lost a day of our planned activities

I love to stay here when I am in Dubai and need a place for business or personal fun.

The staff is the best! I have stayed here many times, so I get differential treatment when I check in...Thank You. But, I also see how they staff gives such great treatment to other people. I have seen them helping people with their problems with patience and expertise.

I se this hotel frequently when I come to Dubai. They have made note of my special requests and the room is always set up just like I like it!

I always stay at this Four Points when I need a place in Dubai. Many of my clients work from home and have given up their offices. We find this Four Points a great place to meet when we want to work face-to-face.

This is my favorite hotel in Dubai. It is an excellent place to stay when on business n Dubai. I stay here a lot!

The staff were amazing and very helpful

The hotel was clean and the entire staff was professional and friendly. The only thing I would to say that when I booked the hotel, the distance to Dubai Downton shows 6 to 7 km but in reality, it was much further.

Just loved staying here. Everything was perfect, can't fault anything. Beautiful lobby area with a coffee shop and nice seating. An Indian restaurant. Rooms very good size and tastefully decorated with good furniture. Comfy bed. I loved the tea/coffee making space. Modern bathroom with good shower. Pool on the rooftop was very inviting and quite a good size with the water warm even in January. Nice sunbeds all round, just great place to relax. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Location great to walk to Meena bazaar and river etc. I'll definately be back!

Nice , clean and quiet

This was a quick visit to Dubai on route to London from Singapore. I stayed two nights and the hotel was functional and great value for money. I got done ehat I needed to and all good. The breakfast was better than many comparable establishments and I enjoyed it.
