This is hotel is a hidden gem! it i9s very clean and newly renovated. I stay here all the time when I need a place in Dubai. When I arrive, they always ask how I am. I always tell them "I'm fine. I am here!"

Overall a good stay with well appointed rooms, good staff and customer service. Breakfast spread was also very good with finger licking good taste.

Customer service is good but needs improvement in plumbing. They did change the shower head and gave another room however hot water was insufficient in the shower .

My billing issue which was resolved immediately along with an apology note and a bowl of mixed fruits. It was a truly generous gesture. Any complaints was attended to spontaneously. Customer satisfaction is their motto. The room, the staff, hotel too, was all awesome. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. They even have a roof top swimming pool and 24 hr gym.

We were next to a room that had the washing machines constantly on but it didnt disturb our sleep so that was fine. The rooms are cleaned everyday and all necessary items are stocked up. I loved having bottled water stocked up each day as that eas one less thing to get each day.

The room had two large single beds, en-suite bathroom, tea facilities & refrigerator, plenty of storage & an ironing board / iron, sitting area & TV.

Acoustics of the room could be much better. The road noise was constantly coming inside the room.
