The hotel is quite old and the AC is problematic.

The room we chose was an old one, not quite the same as the photo in the app. It was much older than it looked. The room lacked lighting, making it dimly lit in some areas at night, but no worries during the day. The carpeted room was very unhygienic. Breakfast wasn't bad, with plenty of options. Very close to Platinum Mall, just a 100m walk.

Staff are friendly, but don't get late check-out, 1 hour 200 baht.

The hotel's location is strategic for shoppers. It's close to Central World, Platinum Mall, and Pratunam Market.

The location is perfect for a December break. It's fun to go back and forth and shop 😁. The breakfast is delicious. Although it's a bit old, the room is well-maintained and clean. I got complimentary snacks and fruit on my first day.

The room is very spacious, complete amenities, stayed here for 3 days and asked for the room to be cleaned every day and it was cleaned, got welcome fruit every day, snacks and drinks were also added every day

The interior is old, but very nice for amenities. Will go back here on the next trip. The location is very great.

THIS HOTEL IS VERY DISSAPOINTING!!! I know this is an old hotel but please it so messed up. First day checked in i changed room until 2 times. First room the room is smell smoke even though its not smooking room (as us requested) in 13 floor (they said smooking room in 10 floor which far enough) (the room is super old, not renovated at all). The electricity is also not stable. When i used my curling iron, one time it worked but after that it didnt worked. When used in another room, my curling iron didnt have a problem. Second room the ac is broken (same old room not renovated). The third room which we stayed for the next 5 nights is smell not good. And the next day we found BIG COCKROACH in the bath room! Never in my life stayed in so many hotel found BIG COCKROACH in hotel. This room is in 16 floor which high enough but still so dirty. And we found 2 DIRTY SOCKS under the bed! The staff not that friendly. They said after moved us to third room we cannot moved again but the problems are all because of their hotel, not our fault! We will not asked moved so many times if the hotel is ok. Also the elevator is so scary. They have 3 elevator (1 broken, 2 for guest). One time i took the elevator with a lot of people and the elevator is stuck for 2-3minutes!!! And i just realize sometimes when the elevator open the floor is higher than the floor outside. And they do nothing about it! the only benefit stay in this hotel is the location. But considering you cant rest well on your holiday for 1 week is not worth it just for the sake of the good location. A lot of tourist stay here because of the location but they didnt maintain the building (do renovation) for guest comfort. I suggest you choose hotel that you can rest well on your holiday.

The hotel is very strategic and large in size. It is currently under renovation, only yesterday the 2 rooms were still not renovated. It is clean but still feels like an old hotel. When the renovation is complete (replace the carpet and wallpaper, etc.), it will definitely be great.

Service is improved again and hotel cleanliness is improved.
