I like the hotel was great for my night in Quebec city. Bed was good hot shower and room was very clean and nice .

Le tapis du couloir a un grand besoin d'être changé mais la chambre était propre. Aucun ménage de la chambre pendant le séjour de 3 nuits, pas de changement de serviettes, de nouveau café... et j'ai oublié ma trousse de maquillage à mon depart et elle n'aurait pas été retrouvée (?) Soit la personne à l'entretien l'a simplement jetée plutôt que de la rapporter, soit elle l'a conservé mais dans les 2 cas c'est très décevant. En général c'est bien et commodement situé.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms. The elevator is quirky and small but certainly functional. Not walkable to restaurants or shopping, but they're not far away.

The way the check in was with the keys was unique. Clean room, but had no hot water for my shower. Also very slippery and almost fell a few times

Flooring in room in bad condition, worn, marked. Lighting in the parking lot is very poor.

We did not like the mattress and pillows; we found them uncomfortable. We thought there was a cafe on the property.

There was no staff at all after 9pm for the check in, which was very stressful but the room was very big and quiet.

there no instructions on how to reach the receptionist or use the phone in the room. I tried calling the reception by dialing 0 and it rang for a long time. al else was ok

Lovely hotel! Super convenient spot, friendly staff and clean rooms. Would book again

Pros: Good value for money. A great option for travelers with dogs, especially if they’re heading east from Québec City. An easy and short drive away from the town’s attractions. Room was very recently renovated and very large. Bathroom had all necessities (shower only). Free on-site parking. Cons: Nothing really happening in the quiet area and very little dining options (best to head somewhere else). The stairs to upper floors were inconvenient, and the elevator was either out of commission or nonexistent.
