Great breakfast good selection

Lovely clean room

No hot water to shower, upon informing the team was told, yes we are aware and it has been reported. Great but doesn’t really help when you have to shower cold and pay for the pleasure. Disappointingly no apologies was offered at any point.

Comfortable bed however on this occasion there was minimal hot water so started the day with a cold shower! Upon advising the team at reception there was no apology, just a simple comment of oh yes we are aware and it has been reported. That’s okay then is it?

Very Dated so don't go expecting much it's functional That's all Location is great for central Grimsby Buffet breakfast Luke warm TBF if I had paid anymore money than I did I would have complained All the staff were lovely and friendly so that was great

A very good breakfast. We also enjoyed the two mini meals for £22 offer, these are the same meals as the main menu but smaller portions. We had the sausage, mash and gravy, very tastey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great customer service

The room was clean. Certainly a cheap and cheerful hotel. Can’t complain based on the price. Slightly outdated and feeling run down but I was using it as a place to sleep only.

It was ok the bed was uncomfortably and the tvs needed to be up graded over all it was ok but id say for one night is only worth £30 to £40

Experience was fine for what it was but is a quite dated hotel and single glazed windows facing a main road = draughty and lots of street noise. Minster side entrance to building was locked with no sign so had to go around back and enter through car park.

Staff was wonderful and room was clean only problem was no plug sockets near bed for my machine but other wise was a good stay

All the staff I encountered were lovely. The breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, the room was clean but a bit dated and dreary. Also looked out onto a building site but that can’t be helped. I would stay here again for a couple of nights

It was our second visit here and yet again it was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, making sure we had extra towels if needed. The food was amazing with the chef coming out to speak to us about our daughter's allergies, ensuring they made sure everything was safe for her to eat. All the staff were so helpful and kind, remembering our daughter from our last stay with them, wishing her luck for her dance competition! Will definately stay again!
