Great hotel in regards to everything

Breakfast choices could be better. Away from city center.

Rooms modern and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and staff were very efficient in keeping food topped up and cleaning tables. Parking is in public spot right next to hotel so remove valuables from car.

Dirty

Approximately 15 mins walk to centre. A couple of lovely cafes nearby.

Our stay would’ve been ok if the internet worked. 3 days poor internet for our entire stay, you can do better.

Facility in excellent condition and not too far from the city but at night you are walking through some very empty streets. Free parking is a bonus.

AC was terrible and did. it work and hot

The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems.

Clean, great staff and a good quality breakfast. Too remote from City, with the local area in need of regeneration. Overall a pleasant stay

Very comfortable bed, effective air conditioning throughout, spacious bathroom, lovely reception and serving staff. Excellent breakfast choice and attentive staff. We would stay here again.

A Good hotel to be a center if you want to visit north Italy area and have a car.

Modern, clean and nice hotel. It is far from the historic city center, transportation is limited, and area around and in our way to the city could be unsafe.

Due to airline delay we arrived one day later. Hotel manager refused to refund one day charge, which is his right, but is not nice. They refused to conpensate as by other means, say, a free breakfast, which is their right, but not nice. There is no coffemaker in the room, which is their right, but not nice.
