Beautiful property and well located. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Our room was cleaned and then later lightly picked up by the staff with turn down service. Our room was bright and fresh with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view of the bay of Naples. Top floor restaurant which was also the breakfast area was all windows and sliding doors with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

The staff and the room were beyond our expectations ... The friendly and VERY attentive wait staff and housekeeping deserve the highest ranking possible. The only two downsides were we were directly below the breakfast area and the floors are a hard marble, so when ANY chair or ? was moved we heard it right thru the floor!! FELT cushions on the chair legs would have been an immense help to quiet the noise transfered to our room. The only other downside was they gave us two twin beds pushed together, and the bed closest to the door had obviously been very well used, and had a noticeable slump in the middle .. causing my back to really hurt after three nights .. I had to switch beds with my wife, and the bed near the window was much better! OVERALL though, this hotel and their view of the ocean was beyond our expectations .. Our best hotel yet in our 5 week tour of Italy! BRAVO!!!

Good location, adequate breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Waiters at breakfast may get a bit flustered if there’s more than a few families present simultaneously, so please bear with them and they would happily replenish your coffee for a much warmer one ! Please remember to bring your own coffee sachets and face/body cream as it’s not provided. Milk provided for tea on charge. Comfortable and clean room. Please do not expect a good shower, it’s a mere trickle and of a poor standard. Sea view from the balcony is great. Overall, I’d stay again unless I find another local four star with a better shower !

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect, the pool was great and the staff was pleasant. I would stay here again.

Nicely finished hotel, but room was small. The breakfast was mediocre, but with a nice view from the restaurant. No air conditioning. Would suggest a 3 star based on facilities, not good value for money.

We are very pleased to stay at this wonderful hotel, we had a corner room with stunning ocean and Mt Vesuvius views, and a courtyard full of beautiful lemon trees… Only complaint, hotel gives NO details for arriving by public transportation.

The hotel was lovely! The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower needs upgrading but we still were able to have nice showers. The breakfast was tasty, apart from the coffee which was too strong roast. The restaurant has amazing views of the volcano! It was amazing to have breakfast there with that view! The location was great as we could walk everywhere.

Very nicely renovated hotel with a beautiful restaurant overlooking the coast of Sorrento. Also has a roof top bar but was not open while we were there.

We had an amazing stay in Sorrento. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast in the morning had unbeatable views. The staff was very nice and attentive. Good value for price. Close walk to the main town area and restaurants.

Room was ok. Bathroom was small and very poorly designed. Not enough towels. Breakfast was poor. Food was cold. Juice was coloured water .

Absolutely lovely hotel, and staff located in a great location walking distance to everything shopping restaurants vistas will definitely choose this hotel again when in Sorrento

The experience was amazing on every level. The hotel staff went above and beyond. I’ve never had a more pleasant stay. Don’t skip the rooftop restaurant, especially for the food or the view.

We liked this property a lot, the setting was great and the people were great (except one cranky guy in the restaurant but the maitre d made up for it by being wonderful and so friendly). The only thing they really need is in room coffee. The coffee in the restaurant is not good but it wouldn't matter at all if you could do Nespresso or something in the room. The front desk was super helpful and the cleaning staff was great.
