The team at this hotel was helpful and very friendly. The room was nicer than expected and we loved the breakfast! We had a very nice stay. There is a short walk to the hotel from the taxi drop off but not an issue for us. We loved it!

Very nice hotel, good location, or view from balcony was over looking the sea and Mt Vesuvius.

The room was stunning! The staff was friendly! The lobby was great, and we were pleasantly surprised with the lobby bar. But, the real element of this hotel that stood out? The 4th floor restaurant!!! 360 views, excellent breakfast, pizza was DELICIOUS! Orlando, the server, was incredible! He took such great care of us the entire time. If Sorrento city center didn’t have so much to offer, I could have stayed at that restaurant all day long! Bravo, Regina, bravo!!! We will be back! Forget 5 stars, you deserve 100 golden stars!!

Loved this hotel and our stay here! The location was great, loved walking to shops and to wonderful restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely. But breakfast...just wow! The view is just incredible! The food is great, too!

View and location were great.

Loved it here! I loved watching the sunrise over the water and the even as dusk. The breakfast was amazing and shower got super hot! The front desk was very nice and hospitable. The bar there was nice too

Great location with amazing restaurant views of the bay, very clean room with lovely staff. The only issue was that the room was not very soundproof.

We had a very nice room with a terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. A very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

The staff was exceptional! Our room was beautiful and the views were stunning. The breakfast was delicious and the view was again amazing! I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and family!

Chiara was very friendly at check in and then an older gentleman at breakfast was very courteous each morning. The breakfast was great in comparison to most inclusive breakfasts. The room had an amazing view of the gulf.

While staying there, there was a terrible ant problem. At first I noticed a bunch in the bathroom, but then I woke up to ants all over the nighttable and the extra sofa bed in our room. When I reported it, they said they'd send someone up. A man came in and spray stuff all over. No one followed up to apologize... It was disappointing.

Nice hotel with a quiet location. But they ran out of shampoo and body wash and the reception doesn’t know where it is and don’t have extra around.

Our stay at the Regina Hotel in Sorrento was absolutely amazing! The room was breathtaking — we were upgraded to one with two balconies and the most incredible view of Mount Vesuvius. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and meals on the rooftop terrace were fantastic — delicious food paired with panoramic views you’ll never forget. The location couldn’t be better — everything in Sorrento is within walking distance, yet the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we would highly recommend the Regina Hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento.
