Nice hotel, even though we were just there for a couple hours to sleep because of a layover it was decent. When we got there there was a little bit of a language barrier due to the front desk staff not knowing English but he was very patient with us and helped us. The rooms had all amenities just a little outdated. Overall it was great to sleep a couple hours.

A huge apartment for our family of 5 & great for a visit to the nearby shopping mall. There was no sink in the toilet which was on a different floor to the other bathroom so not ideal for washing your hands. There were lots of dirty marks in the walls but the bedding & towels were spotless.

Hotel amenities were basic but rooms would need to be revamped as usage is starting to show.

The erea was nice with easy access , close to supermarkets Atlantic

It was ok. I was disappointed to know that they were unable to extend 1 hour more for check out. Usual check out was 11am, i asked for an hour and was forced to pay eur5.00. Fact was not the money, but flexibility.

The suite is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the living area and a kitchen downstairs. The unit would have suited our family of 5 well if it was not for the dirty carpets, musty smell downstairs and broken air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom. We checked out a day early because of these issues and were unable to obtain a refund for the unused night. I assume this hotel has decent rooms, but beware when booking the 2 bedroom suite.

We stayed as a stop over on a long drive but I wouldn't want to stay longer. Rooms are clean and comfortable and very reasonable for a family of 4. They do get you on extras such as taxes and baby cots though. Breakfast was also very expensive for what you get and not that great.

We were planning to spend 1 night in the hotel and chose it because its proximity to the airport. But thanks to the AirFrance strike, we spent there 2 extra nights. The staff helped us out with a very good rate for our extended stay and they really tried to assist us in any way they could! The area is a typical north american-style suburban mix of big-boxes and junk food joints and it's away from Nantes. The LRT gets to the city centre in 20-25 minutes and stops right in front of the hotel. Nantes is a very interesting place to visit and it's always a good gateway to Loire Valley, Brittany or Atlantic coast resorts! The airport is 10 minutes away by car or taxi. The beds very comfortable, the rooms - clean. I liked it.

Easy access to large shopping complex with cafes, restaurants, cinemas etc, also conveniently close to a tram stop which means you don't have to drive everywhere! Very little noise from passing traffic which was quite a pleasant surprise.

Spacious room with kitchen. Nice and tidy. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to a big mall, restaurants, cinema and tram to the city centre. I spent a night with my husband and we were wishing that we were staying longer.... There is also a laundry facility in the hotel and parking spaces in front. We would definitively recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our room, the kitchenette was handy, nice size room. Laundry downstairs only cost 4 euros to do your own washing( an extra 3 to use the dryer, we just hung it up in our room) beats using the sink. The tram stop is right outside the hotel. There are okay places to eat close to the hotel, nothing fancy. But the hotel staff were very helpful in offering other suggestions for dining.

The hotel is situated just down the block from a series of restaurants and a cinema. The hotel itself was very clean and we were given a room upgrade to a suite on the house. The staff was very polite and helpful. The person who checked us in spoke great English which was a plus. We were only using Nantes as a stopover so I can't speak to the hotels proximity to sites in Nantes. Parking was easy and free. Internet was not wi-fi enabled but was provided free of charge so who can complain.

It was very clean and nice hotel. Also if you want to go to downtwon, you can ride a tram near the hotel easily. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

El apartamento está bien, la cama muy grande y el sofá cama también es muy grande, las paredes se ven un poquito sucias, una mano de pintura le iría bien. Respeto a la limpieza, a primera vista se veía bien, pero al sacar una de las sillas había ropa interior de los huéspedes anteriores.

Bon séjour propreté rien à dire très bon accueil,je recommande.
