Hotel Dauphin is located close to autoroute. It is kids-friendly. The property is well maintained. Not very far from old-quebec. Also close to mega parc. The hotel to close to restaurants, gas stations. Highly recommend.

Nice breakfast buffet style. We even supplied a bed for our dog. Great staff!

Stationnement gratuit, disponible et très spacieux. Très belle chambre, propre, rénovée et insonorisée malgré la proximité de l'autoroute, la salle de bain a un plancher chauffant. Dans l'ensemble, Le petit déjeuner était bien, même s'il n'était pas tant diversifié (une sorte de muffin, pas de hashbrown), la viennoiserie était sèche et le muffin anglais était encore froid. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a 2 machines à café et à jus qui sont disponible 24/7 pour les clients et à volonté. À proximité de l'hôtel, plusieurs restaurant et station d'essence. Possibilité d'acheter des billets d'activité à la réception, à prix réduit (ex: acquarium QC) Dans l'ensemble, j'ai adoré mon séjour, je retournerai au Dauphin dans le futur.

Good breakfast brunch , 24/7 juice machine and coffee with over 10 types of styles of coffee. The reception was fantastic and the director is an amazing woman because she is going to be trying to change the pet policy for service animals , to all Dauphin hotels ; not just hers. I didn’t have time to talk to her because I had a very important appointment but she is available to speak to on the phone or on my next stay that’s already booked for next week. My remarks are that it’s WAY TOO LOUD IN THE CORRIDORS!!! I got woke up at 5am and fell asleep at 2am… I didn’t get much sleep in the comfy king size bed , hopefully I’ll get compensation

For the breakfast it is the minimum but it goes with the price. So ok!

overall hotel was clean, although we did find a toy in our room. I did not like the idea that the pool had to be reserved, yet after reserving, they allowed more than the capacity. The breakfast was ok, but was the same both days. I was also uneasy about the room doors because the do not swing shut and did not have a flip lock/security bar.

Yes, Breakfast was good.

Room was only cleaned once and we had to ask. Towels nor coffee replenished. Hair, toothpicks and paper on the floor from previous guests. Nothing was dusted and there was a hole in the bedspread.
