Pillows and bedding super old. Probably never changed. Not comfortable.

Check in and front desk was nice and to the point no complaints on them at all. So when I check in the room they gave me Room 112 queen suite. There was no mirror on the ceiling, like literally it look like they took the mirror away, the shower wasn’t working, and the lights around the bed were dim looking like it could be brighter. The only reason I didn’t necessarily complain because I checked in after like 8pm and I kept reading the fine print on the website and it gave the vibes that you get what you get with no refund. Yeah it’s a “romantic room”, but lacking the basics amenities like a shower is crazy. I really feel like they shouldn't have that room open for sale until everything is fixed because it took away from the experience. If I’m playing $200+ (room price plus 100$ security deposit) I’d expect all my amenities to be there. I’m glad the jacuzzi and fireplace worked, everything was clean, and at least my partner still enjoyed. But I do feel like you shouldn’t keep selling a room where not everything is working or if you trying to make certain rooms not have amenities then get work done to take it out so expectations won’t be so high.

Broken showers, falling apart, checked out early

Never left a hotel room before... Champagne Lodge was a massive letdown. It is definitely NOT the romantic getaway the app or picture advertised. I stayed the first of 4 nights and left the next morning. I just could not bear to return to this room. At one point, this might have been a nice place—I am not the type to leave bad reviews because I am naggy or overly picky or expect everything to be perfect. I was extremely disappointed; Champagne Lodge would not reconsider their policy for a prepaid 4-night stay, even though I left the next day (8am) and was not at all satisfied with the "quality" of their establishment. Yes, I am pretty sore to have to be stuck with a 3-night stay. What I do suggest to my fellow travelers looking for the too-good-to-be-true room: I suggest seeing the room before you pay!

The staff was nice and friendly. Room smelled fresh and fragrant. The room was clean. The room it self was dated but nice. I would recommend.

This property was quiet, and convenient it was a great stay , in a good area all around a great experience for me and my partner

The Champagne is a wonderful hotel for a weekend getaway. It’s tucked behind a neighborhood and fire station and is very private. The front desk staff was wonderful and friendly. They explained all hotel arrangements well and give you a map of the hotel. They were also nice enough to give us a complimentary upgrade to a premium suite. Definitely would stay here again.

Love every bit of it I have to go back

The room had bugs and the steam shower isnt available. The hot tub wasnt very clean and the bed had some sort of plastic on the mattress. The beds were hard and the breakfast was just packaged snacks. For the amount they charge i had higher expectations.

Do not use toiletries inside the steam room. My scalp started itching. The whirlpool smelled upon starting.
