Always a pleasant stay and great customer service.

I had a sander room. It could’ve been a little bit better. We had low water pressure. I felt like I was in a box actually.

I liked I want to come back again

The first room we were in the TV didn’t work so they upgraded us to a different room but the picture on that TV was so bad that you could hardly see it and they wouldn’t do anything about it. They said it had already upgraded us to one room. If everyone wants to move back to the other room, then we could which I thought was very rude. Welcome they couldn’t just send someone there to fix the picture on the TV.

Half of the hot tub jets were broken. Only the main shower head worked. I dont understand paying $140/night for something that is at a $80/night level. This is more of a motel then a lodge.

Poor customer service from front desk lady. May have just been the individual. She had a poor unwelcoming attitude towards us the moment we walked in. Did not tell us if we want a room cleaning that it needs to be said before 11am. We asked for one around 1230pm and she was rude about it and unwilling to compromise. We were stuck with same sheets and full trash bin for another day. For the amount of money we paid and how unbusy it was, there could have been an exception or an accommodation of some sort. Had a good time but will not be returning in the future or recommending to others due to poor and rude customer service.

The place has no windows, none at all. No ventilation for All the water features, sauna and hot tub make the room smell moldy and made my guest sick after a few days .

We have stayed here many times and I am not sure what happened or has changed. We rented the pool suite and the pool was dirty and not clean. If you touch the hand rail you could feel the dirt. We took a paper towel to wipe it and you can see the dirt on the paper towel. Even worse was you could see a line of dirt from the water level on the wall of the pool.

Place was great, clean, and nice.

It was a beautiful room, but a little on the dated side. I gave 4 out of 5 a tars because the mini fridge did not get cold & the bed had a sink spot in the middle. But to be fare, I did not complain to them & give them a chance to correct it, we just made do. We were otherwise "occupied " on our first anniversary trip 😁. Would definitely go back!

Horrible experience. Property manager rude and racist! Beware you will be profiled and accused of smoking if a person of color! Was harassed and mistreated, had to leave property a day early due to horrible experience

Everything was nice but i purchased a spoiled orange juice.

Great for a romantic time. It needs to be updated but other than that it's good

The property was amazing!! The shower and jacuzzi made my day especially after a long day. I recommend 10/10

The guy that was at the front desk was very polite and very sweet. he was the best i ever experienced when coming to this location.
