Awesome ! Gonna stay here again next time !

The bed was uncomfortable and the room service was bad..changing linen was not done and if we ask to change they charge us extra.. The rooms were small and the facilities (like sofa and chair) were not in a good condition. No restaurant at the hotel also. So even if we want to get a bottle of water you have to go to downtown which is 20 mins walking.

The lake view from the balcony was amazing. Near city center and they have free shuttle service to city. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The entrance to underground parking is a bit tight but the parking spot is plenty. We would love to come back.
