Just simple and very friendly

Room was spotlessly clean and bed comfortable. We chose this hotel over other nearby options as it claims to have air conditioning. However, the system had a long-term fault apparently affecting all rooms, so no air con available. Hotel had provided a tower fan but that is a poor substitute. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, and staff very helpful.

Check in was great, nice & easy and the room was ready straight away. The room was a twin, a great size but very tired. The carpet could do with changing and the shower sealant definitely needs re-doing as it was black in areas. Breakfast was plentiful, could have been warmer but nothing too drastic. It even a separate gluten free section, including its own toaster, was impressed with that. There is also a Toby Carvery just opposite It served us well for 1 night but would not want to stay any longer than that.

Great value and would stay again; convenient location with free parking, clean, good bed and shower, good breakfast. Next to 24hr M&S food hall and cheap fuel station.

A very clean hotel with helpful staff. Our twin room was spacious with all the facilities including all the added extras to make it a wonderful stay to attend our wedding event nearby. We were also able to enjoy a light meal in the evening as well as a delicious breakfast the next morning. Free convenient parking was an added bonus. Would definitely return when in the area.

Staff were all very friendly

Check in was ok , the staff were really helpful and polite . The room was very clean and tidy . Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and there was a variety of cereals, fruit , breads and small cakes . Also a very good hot drinks machines which was actually Hot !!! The staff were very helpful and polite . 10 / 10 to all . Don't forget to register your car on the parking pad .

Lovely stay as usual but aircon unit very noisy

Love this hotel unfortunately had a bad experience at breakfast with the manager but reported it and received an apology I would like to stay there again so hopefully not too awkward

I overnighted here for an early flight from Stansted the next morning. The hotel is easy to find, just off the main road, and a short walk to the airport bus' stop. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Sadly I had to catch the bus before breakfast opened. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. It got very busy when breakfast was coming to an end nothing could be done about that. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit dusty, tiles broken in the bathroom and some appeared loose on wall. Hotel overall a bit dated.

The front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond. The included breakfast was expansive in choice and delicious. Very convenient area close to airport with bus option transfer
