We had an excellent time! The excursion we took to Salto El Limón was fantastic and fairly priced. Communication with the hotel through Expedia didn’t work, but I blame the intermediary there. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating via WhatsApp upon arrival. The site was beautiful and quiet. The breakfast food was very nice and the restaurant fantastic. We hope to return!

We had a few inconveniences during our stay like a broken AC and clogged toilet. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive to our concerns.

Loved every minute! Very attentive and loved his big my apartment was! Property right in front of the beach. Will definitely be back with my boys.

We lucked out and received a bigger room than we had paid for. Well equipped apartment although the sofa's weren't very comfortable. Location is good ... across from the beach. The walk downtown takes about 20 minutes ... the road is narrow so you have to pay attention to the traffic as you walk. Pool was nice. Breakfasts were good. There is a ping pong table. Staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't use the spa. Nice big porch attached to the room but couldn't use it as much as we would have liked because of the mosquitos. Lots of friendly cats on the hotel grounds ... we adopted one for the week... a real sweet heart!

We loved this hotel! We had a balcony with a view of the beach, a small kitchen with cold and hot water, and a spacious and comfortable room. We also enjoyed the breakfast (which was included) and the pool.

The hotel Alisei was absolutely excellent all the way around. The staff when we arrived was very nice, professional and took us to our room and showed how everything worked. The room was spotless and everything worked well, the location is absolutely fantastic with the restaurant across the street on the beach being beautiful and delicious (we ate there once everyday it was so good!) the breakfast in the morning was expansive and very tasty and staff from the wait staff to the security guard were great. Would recommend to anyone to stay there. A nice short walk to restaurants as well but far enough down from town it was quiet.

Great customer service! Everyone was super friendly, the hotel looks outdated from the looks of the pictures but once you there is beautiful! I had a great time.

Lovely property. Friendly and capable staff. Nice restaurant and breakfast buffet. Great pool and beautiful landscaping. Close to town with many restaurants.

The room was spotless, the pool was great (bartender Robert makes the BEST drinks in the area), hotel food was flavorful, breakfast was really good. The beach is rocky though, but a nice place to relax. Highly recommend. Exceeded my expectations.

Overall a nice stay, keycard for door stopped working and they quickly fixed it.. they dont have clean drinking water readily accessible.. except some water machine in the hotel room which has been inside it for god knows how long

Great location by the water, but they don't really have ocean view, partial view at best. Apartment like rooms,bwiyod be a great place for groups.

The room was spotless and the complementary breakfast was delicious. We had a concern with a bathroom balcony door that was addressed within 15 min of the management being informed.
