Loved the feel of the place. Staff and other guests were happy. Easy to ask questions. Would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was really good!

Was very nice and pleasant. The staff is super nice and friendly at every level. Only problem is the noisy ac unit. But that is my luck in every hotel i go to.

$50/room security charge which will be refunded in 5-7 days. To long. Should be refunded within 24 hrs.

The complimentary coffee and teas are so appreciated. Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast options for the hubby.

Stayed here for one night and would definitely come back. Very nice rooms, big bathroom, comfy bed, and newer smart TV to log in to any streaming services you have!

Property was decent. No bottled water in the room. Decent breakfast. Pool deck is kill yourself slippery. It must have used the absolute slipperiest towel they could find. Somebody is going to get hurt real bad

Easy check in and out, easy to get to location

The Hampton Inn and Suites was very good value for the money. Conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall, it has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are comfortable with very good beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Would definitely stay here in the future!

The older lady working at the check in desk needs to retire. She was NOT welcoming at all and literally ignored me standing at the front desk until the younger lady asked me if I needed help. We will not return.

King size room is nice & massive howeverThe beds are horrible. Springy noisy, very cheap.!!

Amazing stay! Breakfast was awesome especially the waffle station! Room and housekeeping was great and front staff desk were exceptional! Overall 10/10 will be returning.
