Needs more maintenance

The room was nice, just a bit smaller than I anticipated but coazy nonetheless. The shower was a bit if an issue because water would run off. I guess thats the design.

Todo parecía limpio hasta que movimos las sabanas para acostarnos y nos dimos cuenta que no las lavaron ya que estaban llenas de cabellos y suciedad.

Nice staff

Not worth it for the money they charge. Bad attitude of one of the ladies at front desk. Damaged furniture, black mold in the bathroom wall, very slow when flushing toilet, etc

The room smelled bad

Room is small but clean, Fresno’s always good food (nearby). Breakfast is good- standard help yourself buffet, scrambled eggs, cereal etc

Small rooms, needs a remodel

Half of the staff are in need to have a better approach to guests, Multiple times our keys were block and staff was not helpful to unlocked them. I saw this to an specific ethnic group from the caribbean. Heard some staff mentioning thay bad things about them. As a result the same ethnic guests had issues.

It needs serious maintenance. Bathroom walls are dirty and stained. Good place for the money but needs attention to details

Overall a good stay

La propiedad está terriblemente descuidada, los muebles viejos y dañados. La ventaja de estar cerca del aeropuerto se pierde al momento de ver las instalaciones, además que no tiene nada de ambiente familiar y no te hace sentir muy seguro.

Staff are excellent - friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for a stay before a morning flight.

Very fast and friendly shuttle from airport, as well as check in. Clean, modern. Will be back!

Very old furniture, all broken, very bad conditions

Pool was clean. The room smell bad.. the ac filters where not clean. I had to request for them to clean it. They did.bit got a little better. I left 2 days early i did not get a refund.

Breakfast was excellent and it was served hot and fresh. Tacos were so delicious.

Quick access to the Airport, shuttle service anytime A strip of fast food and dine-in restaurants right next door. Good value overall.

Very convenient location and services for an overnight stay going to the airport.

The wait to be picked up at the airport was too long. They made us wait for fifty minutes after calling them twice.
