Room with a river view and swimming pool view is very amazing. So clean hotel and very amazing facility in our room. Size for room, very recommend for family. Will recommend this hotel to other people who come to Macau.

Overall our staying is great only issue is when we book the hotel show got casino but when we check in after 2 months the casino was close down 10days ago but nearby also got afew casino to go so not too bad .. the staffs carol that know that upgrade our 3rooms to sea view room .. all the hotel staffs was friendly & you will feel the warmest of the hotel service … highly recommended hotel if we go Macau again will sure stays there cos many good foods around there too ..

I stayed there in 2 nights and everything I got there were just amaziiing. I can’t ask more! From the very first time I got there all the staffs are great. Especially Alexa, she was really great. And also the woman staff in front of the receptionist when I checked out. The room and views and cleanliness and everything just beyond amazing. The breakfast, I looove it soo much. Location is also great. The building looks old from the outside, but when you get inside, it was not. The staffs are really great, you guys knows exactly what you did, you guys are passionate on your job. Please stay like that. Keep it up. Sofitel Macau highly recommended. I stayed from 7:25 to 9:25. The hotel's location is very strategic, and I had room 1423, which included breakfast. The service was very satisfactory from arrival, and I hope everything remained good until check-out. The room was quite spacious with a beautiful ocean view, and the amenities were very complete. There was only one drawback: my pre-arrival request wasn't fulfilled. I highly recommend this hotel for any vacation in Macau. The breakfast was amazing, and thank you so much for the service. The location is superb and a lot of eateries within walking distance. It is also convenient to visit Ruins of Saint Paul's and Monte Fort.

Hotelnya bagus, kamar luas, interior oke, view jendela keren, dari ferry terminal disediakan free shuttle bus hanya sampai jam 16.30 saja. Jika datang telat, naik bus nomor 3 bayar MOP6 saja cash. Hanya sayang lokasinya jauh dari kota. Namun dekat dengan Senado Square & Ruin Church St. Paul sekitar 500 mtr. Lumayan di sekitar Ruin Church St Paul banyak jajanan dan souvenir murah-murah. Mau ke mana-mana naik bis tinggal di depan hotel. Kalau kehabisan uang, tinggal ambil ATM depan hotel. Lebih murah nilai kurs-nya daripada di money changer. Untuk makanan rasanya biasa, tapi variasi makanan banyak sekali.

1 Night stay only, so nothing much to say. You can walk to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul, but to reach Venetian Hotel, you will have to grab a taxi. Some of taxi drivers are rude.

Puas banget nginap disini, kamar luas dan bersih. Ada casino nya juga, jadi kalau haus bisa mampir untuk minum gratis. Lokasi sangat strategis, ke Senado Square bisa berjalan kaki. Sekitar hotel banyak tempat jual makanan, jadi gak perlu kuatir kelaparan. Fasilitas lengkap dan staffnya ramah. Tersedia shuttlle bus gratis untuk antar jemput dari/ke Feri Terminal maupun ke port HZMB.

The location is perfect, near the ruin st paul and just a walking distance to senado square. We also enjoyed the dinner in prive french restaurant, the seafood is really good. Overall I am really enjoyed stayed in this hotel.

On top of the free room upgrade, the staff were exceptional. Shout out to Peter John, Esteban and the other staff (probably a local, who's name we forgot to ask, but exerted great effort in explaining things in English). All three helped us navigate the area with ease.

I’m booking for standard room with city view and non-smoking room. When I check-in the room upgrade to river view room. I love it!! The room very nice, clean, comfy. I stay for 2 night. Recommend

the location is perfect. It’s close to senado square, ruins of st paul, only 5-10 mins walk. the room unfortunately as not big as other hotels I have visited in Macau, but the room is def comfortable. Will be going back for sure...
