Hotel was clean , Staff was nice ! Only thing I did not like was the breakfast .same options everyday . No real waffle maker. The English muffins in the bin were molded. Other than that nice hotel .

Great place

Close to the conference center.

Connected to another hotel, both sides seemed to work together well. Room was clean and spacious.

Fire alarm went off one morning and multiple times the next night. I was told I would get Marriot points and we received nothing for the horrible inconvenience.

The staff was very nice and helpful, however I was disappointed in the amenities. I am not sure how often water and coffee are refilled but the few trips through the main entrance both in the lobby and second floor at various times there was nothing to drink.

Loved this hotel. We had a great stay.

The front desk was odd. There are 2 hotels side by side. The parking lot immediately off the street is for hotel we weren't staying in, so we had to move over and go in the other door. They were both Marriott hotels. The parking was good, self parking garage. The room had lots of room. Separate toilet room, which was great. Bed comfy. Very convenient to restaurants and walkable. Nice area. Overall good hotel. Would stay again.

Overall this hotel was average. The room was nice and staff were good. Our biggest issue was breakfast that was supposed to end at 10. We went at 9 and they were already out of pancake mix to make waffles, muffins were gone, the sausage was under cooked, and the coffee was empty for almost 30 minutes (we finally went to the main desk and got coffee there.)

Staff was very friendly. We arrived close to midnight and there is a security guard that stays in the parking garage all night so we felt very safe. The rooms were clean and set up well. Hot breakfast included and it’s a full breakfast with many options.

This property was clean and staff were helpful. We did have a disappointment on our last day when the boys wanted to swim before we left and the pool area was closed for maintenance. There were a lot of people staying there for van event and the breakfast that day they were having a hard time keeping up. They were out of water and didn't refill the whole time we were there. The other days breakfast went well though.

Property knew that it's emergency alarm system is faulty. No notice was given to guests and the fire alarm went off evacuating the buidling two times in the middle of the night. No staff members helping people out or back into building. No notice given of when we could re-enter the building. This occured multiple days in a row. Staff members were offering either free parking or 1000 points for the inconvenience which is equivvalent to $10 or less. This was an absolutely ridiculous offer considering the inconvenience, lack of sleep and lack of information from staff.

Our over night stay was fine, I was going for dental surgery the next morning, but the room was clean, roomy and nicely decorated. My husband had a really nice breakfast. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

The management didn't handle 3 Alarms properly. They did not have anyone outside to comfort the guests at all, offer a warm drink and blankets. No one came outside to tell us it was a false alarm. Very poor job. You need to reimburse every one for one night. Bob Marcus rm 832
