This hotel is clean modern and central to everything. No kettles in the room was my only gripe

Excellent location right on the beach. Beautiful pool. Clean. Only complaint was the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Nice rooms. Good size. Hotel is modern. We went in April. They wouldn’t allow us to control the aircon, and even though it was warm, it randomly pumped out 28 degree HOT air throughout the night which we could not turn off. We reported this daily and they basically ignored our request to fix it. Checkin was long, we arrived in the evening with only one person on the desk (Rita) and she seemed to struggle and it took forever! Also; the car parking charge was a bit excessive and the actual car park is incredibly tight to get in if you have a big car. WiFi was poor too. Overall it was “ok” but wouldn’t go back.

Hotel is nice as restored recently.. However needs a bit improvement on daily room cleaning. Sometimes towels are not exchanged even if we left them on the floor in bathroom. Glasses were not washed. Bad smell in room after cleaning as staff turns off aircon. 3rd sofa bed was not ready on our arrival. We had to figure out how to set it up. We really enjoyed to have a drink and snack in Arena tapas bar.

Service was terrible. The treatment given to me was beyond humiliating. They do not look after the client but their own comfort of doing as little as possible.

I made 2 reservations. One, for 1 night for my wife and I. The second one for my wife kind and I a day later. My mother arrived with my kid in the 2nd day. She was waiting for me with my kid and luggage at the hotel restaurant. I met them to collect his luggage. As I attempted to go and drop off the luggage and cut through the empty hotel restaurant into the lobby. I was screamed at that I could not walk through the lobby and I had to exit the hotel and walk all the way around and enter through their main entrance. All of this because the hotel manager does Not like seeing people walk with luggage when he is eating with his family. Our room smelled like sewer. I asked about it and there was no solution. Overall the communication and service is slow, and always with the answer that is the way we do things. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Terrible service for the clientele.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and reasonably good value. Within short walking distance of everything.

In a great location with spacious rooms. However, it was not ideal that they had the AC turned off centrally and we weren’t able to control it in our own rooms, this made night times a bit uncomfortable and humid even with the balcony door open. Also the tv in our room did not work which was unfortunate and the room only had a coffee machine no tea and the mini bar only had water. Overall, a good hotel and with a few changes it would be perfect. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

Lovely spacious rooms however, all they all seem to be classed as suites so don't get too excited. Buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Tapas is great in the Arena and also at the pool.

4th stay. Only comment would be the welcome on the first night could have been better

The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the pool was pristine, the property was quiet and very family friendly, and the breakfast was very good. However, the reception desk was quite disorganized and difficult to work with. We asked for late checkout and were told twice to ask the day of checkout, then when we asked the day of checkout, we were told that they needed 24 hours prior notice. In the end they gave it to us, but it seemed the internal communication was nonexistent. We also ordered room service and it took almost two hours and multiple calls. Even so, I would go back. The location of the property was perfect, and the experience was nice. I just hope they can improve the reception desk and the efficiency of communication.

THIS IS GREAT HOTEL 100 YARDS FROM THE BEACH SO NO PROBLEM IF YOU NEED TO WERE A MASK.YOU NEED A PASS TO OPEN THE DOORS TO GET IN THE HOTEL. WHICH IS GREAT. ITS SO CLEAN.BREAKFAST IS FAB. ONLY 15MINS IN A CAB FROM THE AIRPORT.
