I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius. Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe. The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. The free waters in the fridge were a nice touch and the staff were fine. But overall I would not stay again.

When we checked in the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on local travel and parking in the city. Our room on the 5th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a really good breakfast and the midday check out meant no hurry. Parking garage was safe and secure with large spaces and plenty of room. A real benefit. Thanks!

This is a great hotel, which I've stayed at on numerous occasions. Room is clean, tidy and has everything you expect. Reception is good and there is good ( albeit expensive ) underground parking (17 Euros). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Convenient hotel. Stopped here before our ferry from Bilbao back to the UK. Has secure underground parking and free ev charging.

The location was quite busy, but great if you looking to shop. Onsite parking was good. Lovely hotel, would stay again.

Property is great. The area not so much.

Brilliant location. Room had a mini bar and was spacious. If coming over from Uk/Ireland, don’t expect Tea/Coffee in the room, that not a done thing in most Spanish hotels. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating

Excellent choice on both meal and breakfast menus. Rooms are really large. En suite is amazing. Unfortunate no tea and coffee facilities in room. Brilliant for overnight stay. Would probably be good for longer stays too as the swimming pool looked excellent

Very nice stay! Great hotel for its price. Kids enjoyed it. It’s a shame you can’t drink/eat anything that isn’t bought in the hotel outside the room, other than that all great.

Hotel muy bonito y en excelentes condiciones. A pesar de no estar en la ciudad, ofrece fácil movimiento a la misma usando el metro de Bilbao, con la estación situada a menos de 15 minutos caminando. Los alrededores tienen opciones de comida rápida y almacenes, aunque el área residencial cercana es un poco obscura
