It was TERRIBLE! I booked this trip 2 months in advance, had sent them and email if I could check in early 2 weeks prior to my stay and they answered back to call the morning of and they will try their best. I call the morning of and they said the earliest check in was 1:30-2:00. I get there at 2 and my room was not ready they told me to wait 30 mins. I asked them again after an 1hr. Front desk then told me another 30 mins now It was 3:30 when the normal check in time is at 3 and it was ticking me off because I had asked them about early checking since weeks in advance! After a confrontation they told me they had 1st floor available which wasn’t the room they were going to give me but after waiting so long I said whatever at this point. We stayed a night there and when we were getting ready I saw a mice stuck on a pad by the bed! Super disgusting after all that just to check in, the rat was to finish it off and put the cherry on top. Way to go! Supper annoyed with this place.

Easy access, safe area, nice property, big rooms and very clean.

We loved our stay here. The only problem was that the air conditioning wasn’t working. However, we came back too late at night and too exhausted to call to get it fixed. When we told them the next morning, they said that they would have given us a different room. So that was good enough for me. I would definitely stay here again!

The WORST , DIRTIEST Hampton I’ve ever been to! Never staying here again! My room was dirty, my bed was dirty with RED crumbs and HAIR!!!!!

The hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was closed during my visit. There are no dining options near the hotel

The area was quiet, easy to access from the freeway, and seemed safe. It was the fastest check in I’ve ever had. The lobby was nice. Elevators were a little worn. Room was spotless and smelled clean. The bed was a little hard for my taste but new looking and inviting. Breakfast was good. The make your own waffles was a hit. I would definitely stay here again.
