No heating and no bracket prepared until request. It was very cooled and I asked extra bracket 2 prices but brought only 1

Ac didn’t work and only one plug in the room toilet did not work

The property is located right next to a shopping mall, which is highly convenient. And only a couple minutes from being ocean front. I wish it had a pool or that the rooms were more spacious, it was very crammed in there. Otherwise the staff was courteous and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was tasty!

The hotel was acceptable for a budget hotel. Much better than most options in the area.

Easy acces to shopping and beach

It’s a Holiday inn, to American standards is good. I would like the parking lot to feel safer with better security, and the reception room doesn’t feel welcomed for whatever reason. Maybe the lack of air flow or the salt smell of the beach (it’s literally next to the beach).

Very clean, small but enough space for two of us. There was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast buffet was amazing! We experienced an earthquake the night we stayed and the hotel didn’t have any alarms or any assistance on how to evacuate. Thankfully nothing major happened, but there should be some protocol in place when natural disasters happen.

The hotel is in a great location , near the malecon and shopping areas . You get what you pay for .

This hotel has surprisingly friendly staff that seems to genuinely care about your experience. The price is good and the breakfast is fresh. The hotel is close to restaurants and a mall. A taxi is required to go to the grocery store, but they are plentiful. The only downside is, for a family of four, the rooms are quite small.

Nice little modern hotel, geared more for business travelers, good breakfast, No pool, weird and ackward enterance into hotel room, clean comfortable beds, laundry area, unique bathroom door has two closing positions, room on 2flr. Had limited oceanview, walk to beach/malecon, shopping plaza, many american restuarants nearby. The area is still being developed so not much to do at night. Small, clean, modern room for the buc is not too bad.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly.
