Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil.

I went to Campinas SP Brasil with my family. I got 2 rooms. Im really happy. I did this 2023 for a week so back again 2024. That's a very good staying. I truly recommend.

Great place with clean nice room, and delicious breakfast. Only one elevator was working which took time to move in the building.

Amazing staff. Whatever you asked they tried to accommodate. Friendly, courteous. All amenities, such as spa, steam room, gym, jacuzzi working excellently. Great food selection for breakfast. Negatives: No access to outside calls, regardless of ability to pay not even 800 numbers. No airport transfer service, but Uber is inexpensive, reasonable $6.00 for two people

Super friendly staff, but the bathroom had mold, old bath towels, and some of the furniture was very used/needs updating. The location is very convenient but it's downtown, not in Cambui as described. The amenities are nice, the gym looks way bigger in the pictures than in person. Relatively small gym.

One of the receptionist not very pleasant on the answers and not helpful at all

Very nice hotel, in a central location of Campinas close to shops, restaurants! The room are very spacious, clean and nice bed ! Breakfast is delicious , with a lots yummy pastries cakes cheeses fruits … employees very professionals and friendly , front desk always helpful ! I recommend this hotel and I will be back next time that I will visit Campinas !

Hotel reformado. Quartos amplos e silenciosos. Muito bom para trabalhar e depois descansar.

Atendimento pelos recepcionista péssimo, cafe bom, colchoes que afundam e traveseiros horríveis, toalhas velhas.

Fui muito bem atendido durante todos os momentos. A acomodação dispunha de uma cama e roupa de cama excelentes. O banheiro estava bem limpo e tanto a pia quanto o chuveiro possuem opções de água quente e fria, roupas de banho também foram disponibilizadas (sabonete, xampu e condicionador foram cortesias). Guarda-roupas com cabides, cofre seguro, sofá, mesa com cadeiras, televisor, ar-condicionado também estavam a disposição para uso. Em minha avaliação é uma ótima opção devido a todos os benefícios e a boa localização. Adicionalmente, o café da manhã (em meu pacote) estava incluso, também excelente.

Tive dificuldade para tentar alterar a data, a localização é boa, mas em frente a uma praça com alguns dependentes químicos. O hotel parece passar por transformação lenta (um colchão era bom, o outro péssimo; uma toalha de banho era boa, a outra péssima). Café da manhã do sábado com muito pão, farinha branca. Nada de muita qualidade, mas atendeu bem.

Foi razoável. O quarto é bom mas com tv pequena, não é smart mal posicionada e com tv a cabo péssima . Café da manhã fraco e estacionamento complicado...só um manobrista que evidentemente não consegue dar conta da demanda.
