Good value for the price. The beach is pretty much gone in the back. The Toilet in my room was broken had get front desk up to the room twice.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

It’s a beautiful view to wake up to every morning from our room! Our room is nicely furnished with two burners and a refrigerator/freezer and the right amount of dishes, silverware etc. Carlos and all staff are so welcoming and helpful! The beach has plenty of chairs with sun or shade. We have stayed here many times through the years and will return! Highly recommend!

Check in was extremely seemless. Breakfast was an additional cost but extremely refreshing. Our room was turned over every day, and our cleaning person did a wonderful job, even left us very cute animal theme towels on our bed. We had the Ocean Room 101. Super easy to get to and very quiet during this high season tourist time. Everyone was very friendly. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking before 10pm. After 10pm its a bit dicey due to all the clubs around the area. Dont worry you cannot hear the clubs at all.

I'm coming back to this place. The room had a decent size, nice bathroom that has that beachy, Mexican feel, the balcony view to the ocean was great and most balconies have a hammock. The staff was super friendly. The hotel doesn't have private parking, zou would have to use the parameters but make sure to have coins. The app doesn't work and it won't take touch less card payment. If you get a ticket it isnt a big deal but it is annoying to deal with the process of payment. They lock your wheel and you can't move the car until you pay it. Other than that , the hotel is beautiful, has a silence so tou can sleep and it is around the corner to the restaurants, clubs , etc. Highly recommend

The room was great. Clean. Plenty of hot water. View and balcony with the hammock were wonderful. It’s just sad to see how eroded the beach is now and how much algae there is. Great location. Very walkable. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you. Would stay again.

Everything about our little ocean front room was perfect for us. The room was cute and furnished with just enough for this chef to cook in the room and then relax with a movie. The restaurants nearby and on the beach were very good too. We ate a seafood platter right on our patio offsred to us by the place nwxt door. Room service! If you want to sit and stare at the ocean and hear the waves with some solitude this place is for you. Not a swimming beach necessarliy - you have to walk a little ways down, but the most beautiful picturesque scene and fishermen coming in with catches.The staff were very kind and helpful. This was our favorite little cove along our travels so far. Clean hotel, excellent location, everything you need to feel like a resort stay at a fraction of the cost.

Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Beach was small and rocky but nice to sit and relax.

Great hotel

The resort was right in the middle of downtown Playa and allowed for easy access to everything you would want. The rooms were a little dated but nice. The only item I would comment on is a need for external pest control. There are a lot of ants in the sand and on the balcony making it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. Overall, a better than average experience as maid service was provided daily.

Beach view stunning from the room!

This is my 3rd stay at the Playa Palms Beach Hotel. I love its boutique style, clean, ample sized rooms and its close proximity to the lively nightlife and restaurants but tucked away quietly on a "very" small beach. I also enjoyed having my daily breakfast, always delivered on time, on my private patio/balcony overlooking the ocean.

Please give Freddie a huge bonus and raise. He is truly the best of the best.

Spotless great studio with a balcony providing amazing ocean views. Staff was fantastic, location was perfect, super close to 5th avenue but far enough away so sleep wasn’t disturbed. Small private beach with loungers and umbrellas. Will stay here again!
