Out of season but would love to return in peak season

Very rude. They charged us for an extra room & refused to refund us. I would not recommend for this hotel

The staff were really kind and welcomed us better than we expected. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and served us the best it could. The location of the hotel is pretty far from the city center (around 20-30 mins drive by public transportation) but the close metro and bus station made it comfortable to reach any place quite easily. If you look for a quiet and comfortable place to rest in and you don’t mind using public transportation , this is the hotel for your stay in Rome.

During night was cold for us, and they did not turned on the hitters

The room was clean. However, it didn't look like the pictures online. The chairs were different, didn't have the curtains or decorative pillows, and water came out the shower onto the bathroom floor. Also, we couldn't enjoy tv because there were no subtitles available everything was in Italian.

Love the breakfast. People next to my room were easily heard conversing til late night. The Metro closest to hotel needs a bus ride.

Nice and clean. Hotel roof offers beautiful views. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Reception staff were great.

Stayed 7 days, convenient location, very helpful front desk staff, the room was dated with old furniture, even though we paid for a room with balcony. Minimal toiletries, the breakfast was good but same every morning. Our room was a connected room and you could hear the people next door, specially their music. I think it does not justify the price.

Room an d view was nice. Sadly we couldn’t sit on our balcony…they’re not private and even if they were people were smoking at all hours.

Nice hotel. Pool is a little bit small and old. Area is great. Nice restaurants nearby and a small grocery store which was everything we needed.

As most will gather this is really a 3 star hotel (which I knew when booking it), but nonetheless a pretty decent hotel. The negatives are that rooms are dated and absolutely not soundproof as advertised. Electricity plugs etc in the rooms don’t work as they should. Our classic double room was small but consistent with advertisement. Bathroom was good and we had a nice balcony with a view of St Peter’s. The lobby, restaurant and pool area are all really good. One of the very few hotels I found where the pool is open in May. Breakfast was good. Located in a good and quiet area. We walked with our 11 and 12 year old children to the metro station (15 minutes) which was through a safe area. Borderline rating between 6 and 8, it depends on what you value the most in a hotel.
