Breakfast could be better

Desk person was nice enough although failed to provide Request for addition pillow since only 1 provided. The entry of hotel was filthy although our room seemed adequate clean. Nothing special. Single sheet on hard bed. Linens to include bath towels worn and like sandpaper. There was No hot water in sink or shower for bathing. Not how my husband starts his day! The room fee was significantly higher than prior stays during our tour. It was also the poorest choice. Everything at hotel is old and wore out. Exercise rm, jacuzzi,bar & restaurant.

Nice enough hotel in good position for Alcamo town. We needed it near enough to Palermo airport (30 minutes drive) and easy to get to Trapani for boat trip ( 50 minute drive) & near a nice beach ( Castellammare del Golfo 20 minute drive). Nice town in its own right with coffee shop/ pastries a 1 minute walk and a lovely pasta restaurant a 3 minute walk! Hotel is BASIC with cheap Ikea style furniture. Breakfast was good & freshly prepared, bathroom clean, plenty towels & powerful shower. Reception staff friendly & helpful. The spa looked closed & the faded frayed list of treatments with no prices off putting. The jacuzzi/ roof bar has a lovely outlook, but only 4 sun loungers ( always taken) and a grubby rim on the jacuzzi, and hair in the outlet, and the head cushions falling or fallen off- needs some attention/ cleaning. Good for us for a couple of nights, cheap for what we got. Spotless room & bathroom mattered most, and friendly staff.

Convenient to everything

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We used the spa service and they were excellent. If I had any complaint it would be that the jacuzzi on the roof bar was broken.

Nice location, lots of shops, the employees were so nice and helpful. The only thing I could complain about is that I couldn't figure out how to work the AC unit.

A very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room with small balcony opening onto street. Bars and restaurants a few minutes walk.

Stuff at hotel very helpful,room clean always,massive problem with parking 4 bays only, didn't like area and Alcamo as whole, people just hear u speak English not even trying to help, town have massive problem with rubbish,no food can be found at midday, after 7pm if lucky, but I was there for sun and beach, as town Alcamo first and last time there.

Our flights were delayed and we did not arrive check in until 2:00 am. The man at the front desk was very helpful. We did not expect to stay in a hotel as we were supposed to be on a cruise ship. We did not have a way to charge all of our mobile devices and he found a device that would plug into the 220 Volt system and we were able to get all of our very important mobile devices charged up. The breakfast was fantastic.

Best hotel in Alcamo and the most convenient, right in the heart of it all. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was on an inner courtyard so was noisy as other guests windows and doors opened onto the same space. It was also below the stairs whuch cut through part of the room and meant when people used the stairs you could hear them too. I dont think the room or facilities good value for the price. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Simple, clean hotel in a convenient location with parking. Also, close walking distance to town center & shopping. Nice breakfast. Good, helpful staff. Great value.

Excellent location in the historic center of Alcamo, steps from the main piazza, shopping, and dining options. Staff were friendly & helpful, rooms were very spacious and clean - highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, good facilities, amazing shower and comfortable beds. Only downside was that I was not aware before booking that we really needed to have a car to get around as it isn’t as close to the beach etc as expected.

Only stayed for one night but this did the job. Nice roof top terrace. Reasonable breakfast. Comfortable bed. Polite and helpful staff. Fantastic hot chocolate. Car parking (limited) outside hotel. Extremely good value.

This hotel is wonderful. It is close to the city center which is friendly, comfortable and has great places to eat

Nice hotel well located into the city and 2 minutes walk to a nice piazza with café and few restaurants. The hotel parking is on the street, while sometime all places were taken, we did find parking spots pretty easily. Hotel personal is very friendly and accommodating and speaking good English. Our room was clean, spacious and with a balcony on the street. We would recommend staying into this hotel. Tips: To have a drink and meet local people we recommend Caffè Impero on Piazza Ciullo which less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

We were not happy with yhe staff who forced us to park in a small space too small for our car. Then she commented on the amount of our luggage. The room however was spacious.
