It was my first time staying here as my usual places were full. I was very impressed by how clean it was (I'm pretty picky about that), and the quality towels and bedding. Also really friendly staff. Internet was fast (I was here for work) and it was inexpensive to Uber to meetings downtown. Great deal considering how insanely expensive hotels are getting in Toronto.

Nice hotel, good upkeep, clean, quiet, good aircon in the summer. Hallway carpets are a bit tired, no breakfast / limited food options in immediate area. Street is quiet and safe in daytime, but somewhat sketchy late at night. Overall would go back.

A great space to stay in if your going to be out and about in Toronto.

It may not be the best neighbourhood in Toronto, but all the rest makes it up for it. Our room was clean and confortable. We loved the garden where we met other guests. The coffee in the morning and being able to use the kitchenette, which was always clean, was very appreciated. The price is reasonnable, and moreover, each member of the staff was very pleasant.

The Bed makes creepy noice; everything old and outdated… and the surrounding downtown feels very unsafe at night.

It was a quaint and a cute room! The bed was soft and the bathroom very clean. I liked the area because its close to downtown. Only complaint I have is, you can hear people very clearly in the hallway and a child was slamming their hotel room often door on friday and Saturday morning. I would stay again though :)

Great spot

Avoid at all costs. It was TERRIBLE! There is no access to water at the hotel. They tell you to buy it in the vending machine which was empty except for a bag of Doritos. The bed was TERRIBLE. The mattress was HORRID. The bed was insanely squeaky. The bathroom was disgusting and so small we could barely move. We didn’t expect much for the price, but this was terrible. Just down the street from the sketchiest looking “Gentlemen’s Club” I’ve ever seen. All the windows in the neighbourhood are boarded up and locked. The neighbourhood is terrible and I did not feel safe walking around at night. You need to ask for towels and soap.

Great property to stay at when in Toronto! Easy walkable distance to public transportation although we recommend walking north to catch the streetcar rather than south, as it feels much safer walking through the park. Everything was clean, and well maintained, smart TV in the room gave us something to do during our down time. The room was small but perfect for what we needed, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Great location, quiet neighboorhood and walkable distance to a lot of locations!

Well priced and clean rooms with outstanding staff! Plus free coffee every morning is a great plus.

Great place to stay close to everything

Great little economical hotel if you’re just looking for a place to crash. I love the neighborhood but at night if you’re walking it can be/feel a little unsafe.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Inn and it was exactly as the reviews from previous guests. Very welcoming, always making sure you have all you need, any questions, the place is very clean. No complaints, will definitely stay here again when in the city for a concert or another event I am attending.

3.5 rounded up. If you need a place to stay for the night without any bells and whistles, this is the place! The area is a bit sketchy. Staff were lovely and friendly! Beds are definitely cheaper mattress and we had visions for pillows which I thought was odd. There is virtually no soundproofing so if you are a light sleeper maybe not the place for you. Overall it was fine. Everything was clean, no strange room smells.
