I stayed at Pembroke Inn Hotel from December 24th to December 31st, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is located right in downtown Toronto, and it even snowed during my stay, which made the trip extra special. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfy bed, mini fridge, table, and a nice bathroom. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which made the stay even more convenient. The hotel offers a 24/7 front desk, concierge services, luggage storage, an ATM, vending machine, and housekeeping available on request. The staff were helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay in downtown Toronto, Pembroke Inn is definitely worth considering. I would stay here again.

If you could leave a shampoo there, a little tube toothpaste or a bath soap won’t be too much to add. Expecting me to buy that from your vending machine? That should be looked into.

Well maintained and cleaned

A hotel with real character. The traditional Western 80s–90s local hotel vibe gives it a unique charm. Located in a great neighborhood, with cozy rooms and a comfortable, classic feel. I’ll definitely be rebooking. -Sukhmaan

They upgraded our room for free & it was very nice & clean. Bathroom was super cute & large shower. Beds were soft & had a great stay. Would stay here agai for sure.
