The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Very close to airport. There is a good restaurant around the corner and the grocery shop is a 10 min walk.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free visit. The hotel/room itself was spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They recommended nearby restaurants, and even arranged a taxi to the city center. On our departure day, they thoughtfully organized a 4:00AM transport to the airport, making my travel smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

The property is going under construction for a massive upgrade. The staff is extremely friendly and there was breakfast provided in the mornings. The room we stayed in was clean and large! We stayed here since it was close to the airport and we flew in so late and they had a 24 hour reception desk. There is ample amount of parking if you have a car! I would recommend staying here as a great budget hotel near the airport. They offer bus shuttles for a flat price to/from the airport which is nice since the taxis from the airport would cost double to triple.

Had an issue with the wifi connection but after a few hours, they agreed to move us rooms. We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!

A very clean hotel and nice staff.

Good hotel for one-night stop over, conveniently located near Naples Airport (with car). Ample free parking. Although room furniture rather tired, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had to check-out to go to Airport as breakfast service was just starting and member of staff kindly gave us food to take-away. Would stay again.

Very good hotel and room for the price if you are okay with staying further out from the city. Limited food options but the friendly staff pointed us to an amazing pizza restaurant nearby. One of the best pizza we’ve tried.

Overall it’s a good hotel, but be safe outside the hotel and the outskirts.

Staff was amazing and super friendly, but the ultra thin walls and lack of rules regarding loud rooms at night made the stay difficult. Getting to the hotel was tough and it needs more signage as it took a few rounds on the highway to get there.

It is outside napoli Staff is kind and helful No public transportation to the area from Napoli.

Very basic room with no air conditioning. Not clean either. Shower cubicle was so tiny and it would not drain the water quick either. Breakfast was lousy, didnt even have bread rolls. When we asked for a bread roll, reception said that they dont have anymore. We went to breakfast at 8.30am way before the closing time at 9.30am and yet, there was hardly anything to eat.

The area was ok but difficult to travel in. Missed the hotel two times and had to go around the block, so to speak, to get to it again.

Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and rooms were dismal. Area around the hotel was filthy and there is one restaurant that we walked to which was ok.

My family and I live this hotel. It is a modern hotel. Very clean and in safe location. We had GPS, so it was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night before heading back to UK. Very good price and reasonable location not to far from Naples Airport. Hotel has free parking and gates it locks at night, access is directly off a main road so no that hard to find. Immediately around the hotel there is very little for tourists but we stayed here to be near the airport so was ok. The room was modern and clean and general hotel areas are clean and tidy unlike Naples itself which is very dirty. We met two staff one was absolutely excellent and could not do enough to help and spoke perfect English which was handy. Other one was helpful but only spoke Italian so was very difficult. Would stay again but don't think I'll be going back to Naples anytime soon.

Stayed for one night, very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very clean too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and lovely cappuccino. Would definitely recommend it. Hotel is located by the highway but that won't disturb your sleep. Good wi-fi too.
