Clean and new. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, great bartender at the hotel bar.

My son had a sporting event in the area, so we booked at the last minute. It’s a very nice and clean hotel. The check in staff was very friendly and informative. It’s in a very safe area with a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend

Hotel was u set construction which was not disclosed before booking

Warm welcome at checkin with complimentary water bottles for each person. A small gesture that is much appreciated. The room was clean. The hotel was under construction, so some things were blocked off, but pool and hot tub remained open. Only complaint is the slowness of the elevators. Overall, very nice place to stay.

Property was clean and very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned inbetween. That’s the only thing that we missed.

Staff was amazing

Nice quiet spot right off the freeway. Bed was not comfortable this time, which was unfortunate… last stay 8 months ago in a different room, the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff

Beautiful hotel but in a very, very dense and busy retail area with constant traffic which made it difficult to get out of the parking lot. Even though located near many great parks, restaurants and shopping, heavy traffic makes walking less than ideal.
