The staff has the most welcoming attitudes and service about themselves.

I would have traveled further north to a larger city for a cleaner more comfortable stay, this IHG was the worse of the 4 we stayed at this trip

Amazing staff!!!

We were pleased with our stay.

Friendly people, clean, and breakfast was good.

The brown water wasn’t the hotels fault but it did smell odd upon entering the room.

The front desk clerk Teqila was very nice and helpful.

I came to this hotel because I had an unexpected death in the family and I booked online. The second shift staff worker. I forgot her name but she was amazing. She accommodated us with booking an extra room. She was always a wonderful and greeted us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Greenville, Mississippi. There aren't very many that are worth staying at, but this is one of the best.a

Loved it! Checked in after checking in at Days Inn and didn’t like the scenery.

Our stay was not so good. The staff were friendly, however, the room was very old and smelled like dirty feet. My drying towel was stained, before I had the chance to use it. We were not pleased with the room at all.
