In the heart of downtown lies this luxurious and modern hotel. Warwick Le Crystal offered spacious accommodations, clean rooms, and great service. We enjoyed Siam, the bustling on-site restaurant with delicious mango salad. Staff offered kindness and helpful advice. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome hotel, even got upgraded room! But the restaurant was not able to serve us the night we got there ! No tables available. Even for breakfast the next morning the restaurant had tables available but so under staffed that we waited forever to get our food and even to get coffee. We went into the lobby to get some coffee to wait for the one we ordered in the restaurant!

Generous room with kitchenette and plenty of space for luggage. Staff friendly and helpful although disappointed when room hadn’t been made up when we returned to hotel at 4:30pm. Maid knocked at 4:45 to make up room. Hotel is a 30 min walk to the Old Montreal area. Attached Siam restaurant very good for Thai food.

Wish they were actually working on the hot tub.

We love the Warwick. Have been their many times. The doorman Ariel, the counter stagg Romaine and Joseph all wonderful people. Colin from maintenance was very kind and professional. Look forward to going back next year. What a wonderful place.

Great location. Loved the balcony, bed was incredibly comfortable. Tried the restaurant (Siam) for breakfast - food was good (very expensive), but service was terrible.

First time at the Warwick and loved it. The room was spacious and clean with a great view. Even the bathroom had a window and view!

The stay was one of the best stay ever. The hotel staff were friendly, pool clean, and the location perfect for walking around downtown Montreal for some city exploration. Would definitely be back again!

- As a family of 4 we usually struggle to find accommodation that comfortably fits us all. Warwick junior suite has a king bed (isolated as its own room) and a sofa bed that is extra large (with and L-shaped section that serves as additional bed for a 5th person). - The HVAC system is modern and not very loud (as in every hotel I've been in, specially the USA). - Location is central to everything and public transport is safe and affordable (again unlike the USA). We did not rent a car while staying in Montreal.
