Property fairly well kept, rooms could maybe be updated/modernised but not major concern. Could not access tv smart functions. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned everyday. Food okay.

Not the first time we have stayed in the resort but our first time at Los Zocos. The complex was so much bigger than we thought but not overwhelmingly big. Breakfast was very good with large choice of hot and cold food. We were suprised how spacious the room was with large bed, bathroom and small kitchenette. Great sized balcony which caught the late sun. Our only tiny negative there were no cloths, washing liquid, tea towels provided in the kitchen to wipe things and clean up. Overall a fantastic stay and would come again.

Clean, food is basic and repetitive but not bad. Air conditioning wasn't available when temperatures were reaching 25 degrees during the day which was uncomfortable.

If you are a smoking, meat eater who loves cold water therapy, get it booked. Good location. Nice gym.

Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car and location was great to explore every corner of the island. Staff deserve special credit for being very kind, friendly and helpful. Keep the prices reasonable and we will definitely return to Los Zocos.

Reception staff is good. All need to focus on Dinning / Food service staff. Dinning staff 80 percent is not welcoming and not looking that people eating they grab plates. We on half board and check for evening snack if available, they told it’s free but later come and charge us. All it’s about if we ask let us know need to pay or not. Rest amazing property. Thanks

Unfortunately I don’t have much good to tell you. We had booked a senior suite at the resort. The first night we found out that the springs in the matresses were coming thru. So due to the poor sleep and backpain we started the vacation not in the best way. The next day the bed was replaced with a new one. We were located on the ground floor which had some unconveniences, which could be expected, however also prevented. For example, We got frequent visits from cockroaches and daily visits from ants. Which were also on the nightstands and sometimes the matras. Also because of the drip system outside, the room smelled like 💩 during the day. The Airconditioning did not work properly and is in desperate need of cleaning. The room itself wasn’t that clean either. Lots of spider rag, dust, bathroom mold and Brown toilet porcelain. The room interior was not what you would expect for a senior suite. Outdated and outlived and total lack of ambience. We had frequent unexpected power outages in the room which could be fixed by switching the breakers back in the up position. Rooms were very noisy and you could hear all adjacent and above rooms shower and flush and more. For a room that costs 200 euros per night you would expect a bit more. Location was convenient. Close to everything. They have lots of pools which unfortunately weren’t heated at all. Although they advertised 1 pool being heated. So the water was really cold.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel. I have not ate Spanish breakfast for over 10 years but this looked too nice not to try, I tried and it was absolutely amazing! Pools are fantastic and staff are incredible. Your rooms are clean and modern. Cannot moan about a single thing with this hotel. We always visit Tenerife but will definitely visit this place again. Oh and a 1/3 of the price we have just payed for the same 4 star hotel in Tenerife which is no where near as good as this. Hope to visit again very soon!

Really enjoyed our stay. Resort and room very clean. Staff friendly.. excellent for kids/2 activities available through the day.. food really good in the restaurant (always find something to eat) we couldn’t book the Italian restaurant as we had a child under 12….no fighting for sun beds but did go non peak season.. brill location. Would definitely book again.. we booked AI but there was adequate cooking facilities in the apartment to cook simple meals (didn’t use these but would have if not AI)

Hotel is a very nice hotel with good facilities suitable for a family holiday. Only downside is the food. Breakfast is great however, lunch and dinner a little difficult to put together a decent meal. Ate out second half of the week in the evenings. As it’s an all inclusive resort would stay again only if a good price was available but would go self catering and eat out next time.

My husband and I stayed at Los Zocos on our Easter holiday with our two daughters. We really liked the hotel and its facilities. The kids club had a great programme and the pool area was very child friendly. We will visit again for sure!

My stay was absolutely fabulous. (Too short) The resort was very clean and well maintained and all the staff were helpful. The only problem was that I had a mobility scooter and found it very difficult to gain access through the entrance to the to the apartments, and there was no socket in hallway to charge the scooter overnight.

Was a bit concerned beforehand about the food, given some of the reviews on here. But we had nothing to be worried about. The buffet food is not restaurant quality, but it was always fresh, hot and tasty. The free a la carte dinner at the Italian restaurant on site was a lovely surprise (seemed like you get one night free per all inclusive stay) and the food there was really excellent there. The hotel itself is bright, spacious, clean and modern. The apartment was well equipped and I would not hesitate to go self catering another time. The staff are, as many others have pointed out, extremely helpful and attentive. The pools were all very clean and yes, a little chilly to start with, but why anyone expects them to be heated in such a warm place is beyond me! Suck it up for 2 minutes when you first get in and it's fine! :) My partner used the break as a triathlon training base so the lane swimming (20m lanes) was great, and the staff had no qualms about him keeping his bike in the apartment. The hotel location is great. €25/ 20 minute taxi transfer from the airport. Decent beach close by. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby (5-10 min walk). There is a 'Pluscar' car rental desk at the hotel offering hatchbacks for €30 per day. This was very straightforward - only needed to be booked the day before with passport and drivers license. No hefty deposits or excess insurance. All in all an excellent stay, esp for the money. Would not hesitate to recommend or return!

Well-managed hotel. Rooms and communal areas clean and tidy. Staff all friendly and helpful. Two-bedroom ground floor apartment with balcony was spacious and modern. Kitchen area well equipped with fridge. Shower (over bath) in need of upgrading. Powerful wall mounted hairdryer in bathroom. Towels are provided free of charge (changed regularly). No pool towels. Food is standard all-inclusive – nothing exceptional and even the fussiest of eaters should be able to find something to eat. Two main restaurants but they serve the same food. Can get busy and warm at times. There are no outside seating areas off the main restaurants (only off the pool side bar / snack bar). Everything is self-service incl. drinks and cutlery –can be hard work with children as you are constantly up and down. Choice of a quiet pool area and a livelier pool area, mainly occupied by families, music and activities all day. Inflatables allowed and there is a variety of pool depths. The pools are also lifeguarded. Animation team were brilliant – both fun and energetic. Evening entertainment was varied. Kids mini disco starts at 8.30pm which is great for those parents who don’t want to eat ridiculously early. Kids Club –some activities only available to Thomson clients. Crazy golf, outdoor play area, football and tennis courts all free to use. In-room safes are chargeable. Overall good value hotel and would recommend.
