It’s a great staff and very helpful. The room they gave us at first had a broken AC, and when we complained, they gave us another room which was bigger. The breakfast was great, and the hotel’s design was unique.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. They had a free shuttle to downtown Milan. Restaurant was amazing. Great rooms.

Very hard to find the location. Very small standing shower. No creams, gel, shampoo etc… standing shower place don’t have a soap dish place either. Restaurant rates are high but in a poor quality .

The stay was pleasant only disappointment in the breakfast not a huge hot selection but overall it has been pleasant.

Great place to stay when you’re in Florence. Rooms are clean, cool & comfortable & the staff are excellent. Also food in the restaurant is very good. Thanks to all especially Francesca at reception & the restaurant staff

The night staff takes top honors at this hotel. The single restaurant host was very attentive and made our day even after a horrible day at the airport with lost luggage, the chef was very accommodating and the night front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent Rooms and Staff. Letizia and the front desk had many recommendations and were a great help during my stay. They made my vacation first class with their warm service.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just outside of Florence tourist area and is quiet but with easy access by bus (10-15 min ride in). It has a nice laundrymat about a block away. It has a nice pool but the decking is in need of repair. The included breakfast is very nice. However we were not impressed with the dinner service. They seemed to be understaffed and the food we could get was expensive and not impressive. What has soured the experience is the billing. The front desk double charged us for two items. The attendant said they would do an immediate refund as we had to leave. It has now been a month and no refund has been made. I have emailed them and they did respond quickly but only to say that it is still in the works. It is a long time for something that should have been processed the moment it was pointed out at the front desk.

The property itself was incredible for the value. A few pain points during my experience made this tough. 1) the air conditioning system was down during the entire stay. My wife and I being very hot in general had an extremely difficult time doing anything other than swim in the pool since the room was 35 degrees Celsius. 2) the restaurant experience was really really poor. While the waitress was exceptional, she was the ONLY person serving food to the dozens of guests in the restaurant and open courtyard but also running food to rooms. She had to have been serving 50 people. And they only have 1 chef. It took my wife and I 2.5 hours to complete our meal. The vast majority of that time was sitting and waiting.

The pictures l saw on websites is not the hotel l see in person the hotel is to far from city, the hotel isn’t 4 stars it’s 2/30 stars poor breakfast, the stuff in restaurants are friendly however me in person l won’t be coming to this hotel again.

Very conveniently located with excellent bus services

The location is out of town so itself great if you have a car. You can get a bus into the city and it will take about half an hour. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was lovely. We had amazing servuce until we checked out when the lady forgot to order our taxi so we were waiting 30min (in front of her) before she remembered - that was Sunday 27/9. The male (potentially a manager?) And lady that helped us check in late on Friday 25/9 were amazing and incredibly helpful! We also ate there for dinner and the servings were generous!

Very pleasant staff in the hotel and restaurant. Very nice, clean room and facilities. We were happy that the staff took the corona rules very seriously in the restaurant especially to minimise multiple people touching breakfast spatulas.

Shower was too small but the worst was every night the air conditioner was turned off by the hotel and I was waking up sweeting and the control in the room stop working, so how a hotel advertised air conditioner but they try to save money and decide when you need it.

The property itself is very good, staff are helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price. The only thing we found was the fact the hotel is a little isolated being surrounded by apartments some of which are a little run down. So no nice little bar to walk to. 15 minutes on bus to central florence, so on the whole a good stay.
