Had an excellent stay, walking to the beach and restaurants is a breeze. Golf course super convenient. The only thing lacking is a decent dinner restaurant. The food in the main hotel restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Great pool, rooms and location.

Beautiful hotel grounds. Staff and service was not great. We were two Americans and lets just say...we didnt feel welcomed.

Rooms were spotless and well equipped. Didn’t like how the rear of the hotel was completely accessible. The back gate is open and all of the parts of the hotel with rooms are immediately accessible from this entrance without passing reception. Feel like it’s a security issue.

Good place for quiet and relaxing holiday. Friendly staff. Not many dining options and very few restaurants in the village.

We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant staff are all so kind, really enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. German run hotel manned mostly by German staff who were all very efficient and friendly. If we were to come back to this area we would definitely stay here again. The food was excellent but drinks can be expensive. Overall 10 out of 10.

honestly this cannot be a 5 stars hotels.. they don't have the services of a 5 stars hotel .. I was there for one night I arrived late and they don't have room service and almost every request I had which were all very simple were met with the least amount of help room is nice but 5 stars isn't only the room look

Overall way below expectations. The only positive thing is the staff as they are doing their best and special thanks goes to Laura , Jose , David , Anna and Racha. Concierge service is poor. Basically it doesn't exist as each staff is trying to help as much possible but there no really concierge experts. Room service food is limited and it's not 24 hours ' till 9pm" Entertaiment & food options are VERY limited. It's just the pool bar that runs everything which is very surprising as it says there's 3 restaurants aside from room service " didn't find that " Parking is for fee even though there's no Valet available. Finally , Mallorca is beatifull but the hotel is not recommended

Excellent hotel with very nice staff. Very quiet, no fight for sun loungers, no entertainment but that suited us, would definitely go back .

There were a few faults. There were pool towels supplied but we didn't know this until the Thursday. Went for food at the pool bar and my daughter had her towling dressing gown (which hotel supplies )on over her costume but told she couldn't wear it so she had to go up to room to change. No signs to tell you this around pool bar. Leaflets on tables about day time information while having breakfast in German didn't know they did them in English until last day. Two nights the phone kept going off early hours of the morning. Another night wanted to get someone to pick up room service table but phone wasn't working,so had to go to reception.

My wife, daughter and I had a fantastic 5 night stay at the Steigenberger hotel. The facilities were perfect and the buffet breakfasts provided ample choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially welcoming on arrival. Perfectly situated, the nearest beach and Camp de Mar is a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel - we will be back!
