We had a nice stay. Very friendly staff. Pool chairs were really dirty and pool was very shallow everywhere. Property buildings etc need update.

Activities on site were fantastic. A little bit of walking but needed after eating all the wonderful meals. Very organic with nature all around. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The team at the property were ALL excellent - thank you. The property is accessed via an unmade road which was hard work for our small hire car - but because it was a hire car it made it through. The facilities are good. I tried the canopy walk, river slide, zip line and hot springs, all of which were very good. The evening meals we had were of a high standard, especially considering that all the food has to be transported a long way. The breakfast was good ( but didn’t live up to the standard of the evening meals). We were in a hacienda and the walls are very thin. We had a great two days and would highly recommend the facility.

Beautiful place located in the middle of beautiful nature, clean, comfortable rooms and the hot springs are a wonderful place.

This was the first day of our trip. Food and staff were great! Exciting and fun activities on the property. We particularly enjoyed the jungle water slide. I wish we were there another day to take advantage of the all-activity pass.

What we like most about this property is it has many services and natural settings nearby , such as horse riding , spas, volcano mud bath, hotspring pools, hiking trails , waterfalls . But some foods are not as expected , such as chicken meat is tough and chips are a bit hard . Overall, it is a very good hotel to recommend

Great place for family retreat and nature.

This Lodge was a wonderful experience, with lots of great activities to do every day. My only complaint was that everything closed very early and the road going into the resort desperately needs to be paved!

The area around the hotel is amazing, the room was clean, and staff were helpful. We had so much fun doing the activities like hiking, horseback riding, and hot springs. The included breakfast is awesome and the outdoor restaurant where you can watch the sun set was great! The only downside was the pool. It clearly needed more filtration and maybe a check on chemical levels. There was algae growing in it and lots of bird poop in it. I know it is outdoors, but so are other pools we’ve been too, and they have not had this issue.

I really like that places, everything was excellent, food is unbelievable yummy, we took day passes of activities, highly recommended, this is heaven!!!!

Lovely property with great activities. Just know there is no AC so you have to sleep with the windows open. The Jaguar restaurant was delicious.

We loved the hot springs and watching the sunset with cocktails at the mirador bar! A great place to spend a few days

That place is amazing but food are not good. We ate in the restaurant "El Mirador" and food was terrible. We have been there before and last time we got the same problem.

We stayed here for easy access to Liberia airport and so glad we found it! Everything you need is on the property so we didn’t even leave. Restaurants, free breakfast, hot springs, entertainment for family. Rooms very comfortable. Every night we enjoyed amazing sunsets at bar/restaurant-definitely a highlight! Also saw lots of wildlife around property.

Adding a simple American food type to each meal buffet like a , hot dog or Mac n cheese, chicken fingers - inexpensive easy to prepare, all ages. Save toilet paper and waste with a powerless bidet seat 40$ Costco. Hygienic and an experience too! Improve the experience and save money

This is like staying at a cabin over summer break when you were a kid. All you need and clean just not like a hotel or resort room. I did not mind but my husband would have liked more comforts. I loved the whole resort, and experience would definitely come back. Food was amazing and the most beautiful sunset I think I have ever seen. People were friendly and helpful, activities were all so much fun. It was off the beaten path. Not super close to anything. Plan on staying here for activities.
