Absolutely phenomenal in every aspect. From the very personal service at check in, to the rooms, to the spa, the restaurants and the entire property. All incredible! One of the very finest properties we've ever stayed at and we will be coming back in the years to come.

The best hotel i've ever stay!

A truly delightful experience. Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, the hotel offered a peaceful place to enjoy nature. A beautiful property. The hotel's architecture blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and stunning views of the property. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. There was a beautiful outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a amazing spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The service was impeccable, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at the Le Couvent des Minimes was exceptional.

Hôtel did not provide room that I paid for. They gave me an accessible room without telling us that that is all that was available. Hotel staff and assistant manager unwilling to provide alternative room despite one being available at 6pm on day of check in. They wanted us to pay the difference between the deluxe room and deluxe room with balcony despite this being a one night stay. It was a failure of hotel management to properly recover from the failure to provide the room I paid for.

Most amazing experience! Every member of staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The spa is incredible, food delicious and couvent itself is stunning!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived and parked, we felt relaxed and stress-free. There are no minuses at Le Couvent des Minimes, only plusses. The surroundings are beautiful, and entering the convent is simply a "wow" experience. The lovely scent and the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a perfect stay. Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped in. We arrived before our room was available, so we were introduced to the surroundings and got to listen to the history of the couvent. Then, we were told that we could enjoy the 2500 m² spa until the room is ready. The room is beautifully decorated with its calming the colors, furniture, refreshing drinks, and L'Occitane products. :) The bed was super comfortable, be sure to have a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was just delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste. The dining experience at the Pamparigouste restaurant was exceptional. The cuisine is exquisite, with a menu that showcased both local flavors and gourmet dishes. The spa treatments were a highlight of our stay. One of the great aspects of our stay was the noon check-out time, allowing us to enjoy our morning without rushing. If you wish, you can still enjoy the spa, have a good swim, or just get some sun and relax.

The Spa is mindblowing: beautifully designed and taking full advantage of the environnement. The hotel itself offers a serene and elegant atmosphere.

Love this place so much I stayed twice in one week. Simply the best. Such a peaceful atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Séjour absolument parfait , un établissement avec un rare raffinement sans chichi clinquant , personnel attentionné, discrets très professionnel. Un spa fantastique d’une superficie incroyable avec des massages très délicats . Un lieux qui se distingue contrairement à de nombreuses chaînes sans personnalité . Une rénovation et décoration d’une subtilité qui s’harmonise parfaitement. Avec une attention particulière de la direction pour notre anniversaire c’était très appréciable. Félicitations

The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful, which was impressive. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are clean. But I had the worst experience at the restaurant. I visited alone on 3/30 to plan a group meal, and the male staff member in charge of my table was embarrassing and rude, which made the dinner I had high expectations so sad. First, I tried to discuss the wine to accompany the meal, but the staff stopped me and said they would call the wine server. But after a while, he came back with white wine that had already been poured into a glass. “The wine manager said this would suit me well.” Will your next red wine be poured right before your eyes? No, once again he bring poured wine glass. I didn't want to ruin the mood, so I just took it, but it didn't go well with the food and the wine had a dirty finish, but I endured it. The main course was the chef's special of the day, lamb, and the lamb I ordered rare was cold! The tin pot containing the food wasn't warm to the touch, but the Potato that came with it were warm. The waiting time between meals was so long and I tried to understand. But The food came out just as I was about to finish drinking the white wine, and after waiting for a long time to finish the food, it was cleaned up, and after. a long wait, the chef's special was cold. The red wine to accompany this does not arrive until more than 1/3 of the lamb is eaten. Just two main dishes and it took 2.5 hours In a 5 star hotel.

On et un couple qui aime trouver la critique et la aucune critique a faire l’hôtel ainsie que le personnel nickel on et venue en clio decontracté aucun jugement du personnel . Merci Julia Berenice Gabin (celui qui a porter nos valise ) on reviendras sûrement

Lieu magnifique, rénovation de très grande qualité, repas et petit déjeuner parfait. Hors saison encore plus agréable. Pas de commentaire sur le Spa car plus de place disponible !

Hôtel exceptionnel nouvellement rénové, chambre très grande avec une décoration très épurée et que dire de l’extérieur vraiment très réussi. Les restaurants ainsi que le spa à ne pas manquer

Hotel incrível. Vale muito a pena passar alguns dias. Único problema que estava em reforma e isso prejudicou. Na parte de massagens foi uma das melhores que ja tive. Atendimento, respeito e educação são muito fortes no hotel.

Séjour parfait dans un cadre apaisant et magnifique. L'hôtel a été entièrement refait avec gout et simplicité. Les restaurant sont très bon, l'étoile proche et le service irréprochable.
