One of the best hotels i have ever been to, great big swimming pool, massive verandas, the staff are amazing, happy, helpful, understanding, nothing was a bother to them, cant wait to go back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, clean all the usual amenities plus a massive balcony close to the centre but not to close that the music keeps you up all night

Unbelievable property first time visiting, would recommend to anyone I will definitely revisiting in the future. Only 1 downside was blood on one of the unused bed sheets that never got changed even though cleaners were in every day. But the rooms were huge especially in the Royal with a large balcony that catches the sun all day long. Beautiful views looking down the valley towards the sea! 15 minutes walk to the beach. And perfect location bang across from the shopping mall and shopping centre which both have loads of food and drinks places.

Greeted by friendly reception staff, lovely and clean reception area and all outside areas were well looked after. We had a premium room on floor 1 and was lovely...maids cleaned room virtually every day... back gate was great as only short walk to shops, bars and restaurants definitely will be going again

Perfect location, close to everything. Huge balconies with sunbeds on that get lots of sun.

Good hotel, the staff were all excellent. Breakfast could have been better especially with the gluten free options. Rooms were always clean. The pools were well kept and was always easy to get sun beds.

Nice hotel built into the side of a cliff. It’s clean and well maintained, if a little dated. The rooftop pool is excellent and has lovely views, the bar is also first class and well priced. Rooms are dated, aircon wasn’t working but other than that it was comfy.

Hotel was excellent! Rooms were basic but clean, MASSIVE balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Air con in bedroom, ceiling fan in living area. Great having access to 3 large pools. Would definitely return to this hotel.

We booked this on recommendation from others however we were very disappointed. The apartment is tired and looking old. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Paint was coming off the walls and the shower cubicle was mouldy. We were also told that no noise could be heard from the main Puerto Rico complex! We doubted this and were correct! It was noisy! However it's in a good location and the terrace was huge and great for sunbathing on. But the complex is huge, busy and sadly not what we were looking for. Also you have to pay for air conditioning! We won't be staying there again and there are far better properties in the Puerto Rico area for a similar price. It's definitely not as plush as the pictures show! We even tried the pool area at the Terrazamar and that was noisy too. Our other concern is that the sunbathing terrace is not very private and other people can jump over onto your terrace as the dividing wall isn't complete, which is worrying from a safety point of view. We even had a woman peering over!! You are looked on from above due to the staggered design of the apartments.

Great experience, staff friendly, frequently cleaned, spacious apartments and balcony with everything needed and excellent location to mall and commercial centre for shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful balcony, lovely room, far enough away from the centre to be nice and quiet overnight. Room cleaners were excellent and friendly.
