The overall stay was fine. The hotel is kind of student college style decorated so don’t expect for the price in the city centre much luxury. Breakfast presentation has room for improvement but if you are patient, you will find a what would you expect. They had a very good gluten free and vegan section. The downside of my stay was impossibility to get into single lift (the second one had an outage) when I needed to carry my luggage down to the hotel garage. Parking is limited but you can book. The staff were pleasant and helpful. In overall, you will benefit from the location rather than amenities. The old town is right here and there is a beautiful park with a lovely cafe 2 mins walk from the hotel.

It's a very quaint hotel located in Central Malmø, only about a 12 minute walk from the Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel, I've stayed here 3 times now. The rooms are comfortable, the front desk employees are very kind, the breakfast is great and the price is very fair.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff on reception. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. We had to change rooms due to the electrics tripping but it was no problem, they did everything to accommodate us. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing which won’t affect many travellers was that the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable as the mattress is quite thin but my son slept fine. The main bed was very comfy.

Best Western properties are always so reliable. Not expensive and often so interesting and quirky and all different. My only complaint was a stuffy room at night, despite opening the window - it felt airless as there was no air conditioning. Am always pleased to see healthy breakfast choices in the breakfast room, as a Brit who doesn't want to eat meat and cheese first thing in the morning!

The hotel is in a quiet spot, 5 minutes walk from the Central Station in the heart of the 'Old Town'. It's close to a wide range of shops restaurants and bars. The hotel staff are very friendly, and attentive to guests' needs. The buffet breakfast offering is magnificent with a large selection of hot and cold options available. My room was large, clean and also had a safe. It also had a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee in the welcome pack. I'd thoroughly recommend the Noble House Hotel to anyone staying in Malmö.

Small error in our booking, we booked a twin room through Expedia, but this hadn't gone through to the hotel, so we were given a double room. The reception team managed to squeeze and additional bed into our room, which made our stay really comfortable.

The room did not have air-conditioning despite the inclusion on the site. Upon discovering this at arrival, the hotel claimed this was an error in the listing, as only certain rooms have AC, and they offered a table fan as a remedy. The hotel was extremely reluctant to cancel the booking, so I had to spend several hours in customer support before I managed to get it refunded.

La zona donde esta la propiedad es muy ruidosa, desgraciadamente la habitacion que nos asiganaron esta justo debajo de un bar y otros que estan cerca, la vida nocturna termina casi de madrugada, no es buena para descansar

This property felt like a run down Best Western in the US. Not updated, thin walls, heavy doors that slammed loudly. Lots of families with kids, breakfast buffet ample and tasty but crowded each morning. I don’t think the rooms have AC, or it wasn’t turned on. Booking info said free bikes available but very hard to get one and staff not helpful with it. Disappointing

Great,central location. Comfortable beds and good size rooms. Kids corner and free ice cream was appreciated by the kids! Parking is challenging though in high/summer season.

Great hotel in the centre of Malmo. The staff were very helpful on reception. The breakfast was very good. I have stayed here many times and will be back the next time I visit Malmo.
