Would not recommend - food was poor, hotel was over crowded, staff were rude and there was thumping music until the early hours.

We had the most amazing family holiday. The hotel was recommended to us and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the service was second to none. We had the best holiday and will be coming to stay again. Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities.

Love it. We will come again. This was our 4th time in 3 years.

Not an all inclusive resort with the majority of the resturant’s charging extra to dine there. The Asian restaurant was an extra €40pp! While our stay was good, it certainly was not worth the money.

Incredible week with the family spent at the pool, Everland (kids club) and beach. The shows were great, food fresh and varied and facilities incredible. This was our 2nd time here and we loved it.

Initial communication proved to be difficult

We liked the varied meal options 24hrs a day. Staff friendly polite and very hospitable and welcome. Resolved any issues very quickly. Grounds were beautiful as was the scenary

Everything was perfect

I’m giving it a 5 because everything the resort provided was amazing. Only complaint was that we did not know this is one of the top resorts for families. The kids out numbered the adults and sometimes it was overwhelming. We did not know this and I went with my partner to have a romantic getaway. It was really hard to have it be romantic. So great for families ! Bad for couples !

The resort surprises positively in every aspect, and they look after the small details. Would highly recommend for a family trip.

Excellent staff food activities and facilities

The

It has it's own private beach with ample umbrellas and chairs and plenty of pools for adults and / or children. The evening entertainment was good except we didn't care for the loud music in the center of the complex that went to midnight each night. The food was adequate but nothing memorable. I would not bother going back to this place primarily because of the average food, poor quality beef and poor quality cooking oils for sauteed and fried foods. The best we can say, the service was quite good by considerate staff.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Hotel has loads of good food and drink options including 24 hour access. Plenty of pool space but as usual, people putting towels out and not turning up until late, or using beds for the morning then leaving but not clearing towels away so no else knows they're free. Wish the hotels would be more active in clearing these away if the people cant clean up after themselves.
