So clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast , lots of variety, hotel is situated in an ideal location for shops cinema

As I booked a twin room by acceident we had to move the bed to make a double wss very dusty and rubbish under the beds but oberall was a great stay very welcoming and the breakfast wss lovely

It was okay. Pleased we stayed for only one night. There was no information about parking. The room was okay, not fully cleaned in the bathroom. Breakfast was a mess! Very un-organised and

Clean hotel. Nowhere near enough staff for the number of guests. Breakfast items run out and took a while to replenish. Felt sorry for the 1 person on reception and the poor girl trying her best to keep the breakfast replenished. Parking very poor. Nothing wrong with the hotel just not enough staff

Staff were excellent, everything was sooo clean, with a great shower. I was really happy as there was a decent hand wash in the bathroom, good size room also. The only problems we had was the bed was so hard and very uncomfortable, and the surrounding area of the hotel made us feel a little unsafe.

Really lovely girls on the front desk , arrived late so otdered food , very poor , obviously frozen and was barely warm when served , got offered a free drink and pudding but felt we shoild have had a full refund as we barely touched it, surrounding area poor and our corridor smelt strongly of cannabis

Location, friendly staff, clean, great breakfast. What more could u ask for. Well placed for ongoing transport, local amenities supermarket...stayed a few times will continue to do so

I've found my stay at the hotel pleasant. The receptionist was courteous. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I will be happy to be back at the hotel should I need to come back to Stevenage.

Super spot for an overnight stay to see our grandchildren perform at nearby theatre.

I chose the hotel for its closeness to a venue I was attending, it’s very close to the train station and town centre. Room and bathroom were more than adequate and the inclusion of the breakfast was a bonus. Would stay again if visiting Stevenage.

Property was acceptable although a little worn and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was good.
