I stayed too close to the ice machine other than that I enjoy my stay

Upon my arrival the employees had family behind the desk the breakfast meets were chard.very crispy the hallway corridors we're not the tidiest

Pretty good service

Very clean and breakfast was amazing

I was traveling alone and felt safe in the area. There are also several hotels in the area.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of options (although the pancake maker was out of service). The free parking was also definitely a plus.

Upon checkin I didn’t receive any information about breakfast or checkout time. The coffee in the lobby was cold. Pillows were flat and stains on the carpet. The next morning I asked about breakfast and the lady at the front desk said, she didn’t come in this morning, sorry.

Much better service and breakfast than Marriott chain hotels.

The breakfast is very good

I stayed at this Holiday Inn express several times. The rooms are always nice and clean.

Was in Lancaster for a softball tournament. The place was packed.

We stayed for four nights and we did not get towels changed during our stay we had to keep using the same towels, with out mentioning that they didn't clean the room not once.

As always, EXCELLENT.

No major complaints. However still waiting on my $100 refund from.the property that they place on hold

Breakfast is amazing. They have cinnamon rolls, two different types of sausage, omelets, muffins, cereal, etc. Comfy too

Very close and convenient to my wife's family. Check in was fast and room was clean. Would stay here again.

I like that there is a big area to park truck and trailer.

Got in a bit late and the woman that checked me in was super welcoming. Everyone was laid back and nice on a random Thursday night.

Check in was easy and nice until (not property issue) the moment we walked away and an older man started talking to my grandson and I told my grandson to come on and the okd man says "well you are mean". I put him straight in his place My problem with the property is our tub was running hot water slightly when we got in the room and when we tried taking showers there was NO hot water. I went downstairs and inquired and I was told "theres 2 water heaters for the building". No offer for resolution. Before we checked out in tge morning again NO hot water, barely luke warm. When we checked out I made the clerk aware and she stted "ok, thank you. I will let them know so they can fix it". Thats nice and all but WHAT does that do for me and my family?
