Great!

Friendly staff, very clean room. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast very attentive. They clean tables and area after each group. The buffet section organized and well stocked. The hotel was clean, smell great.

I was very disappointed about the bathroom set up, it was a step on shower, but the water was leaking from the shower no matter how you position your body, and we had to constantly wipe the floor after every shower. The room had a moldy odor, and I have asthma, so it was not a good situation for me. We were looking forward to watching the basketball game finals on ABC channel to come to find out that the Hotel did not renew the contract with ABC and we missed the game :-(

Breakfast was great. The pool was good. The room was as expected. Convenient location to ride down to the Keys. Would stay again.

Roaches in the bathroom! Also the hair dryer had exposed wires! When I checked out, I told the receptionist and shared pictures! She assured me that the manager would contact me! 5 days later, I’m still waiting for his call!

Excellent service

Everyone was so polite and so courteous. The breakfast was delicious, and Reggie is an amazing chef and human. Rooms are clean. Would stay here again

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about this hotel!!! the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, everything we needed was provided the pool was clean it was beautiful outside very well kept and clean grounds, they have security on staff to keep you safe.. great family destination... I would highly recommend staying here!!.. if I had to say one negative maybe that they can use more pool towels out by the pool section but seriously that's like it this place is amazing!!

Was good stay was only there 1 night to sleep only

It would have been better if there was no fire down the road. There was no parking for hotel guests emergency personnel didn’t help us get back to our hotel and we waited for two hours in a line trying to get back to our hotel. We had to find our own way back because police blocked off all the roads trying to get back to our hotel.

Unfortunately we had a big fire in the everglades. Our parking lot was the staging area. No problem.

Stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable 😌
