Clean room

The room was nice and spacious. The staff were all courteous respectful.

We had a truly pleasant experience at Holiday Inn Budapest Budaörs. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was courteous and efficient — I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who welcomed us so professionally. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture of the staff remembering my birthday — a lovely surprise that made our stay feel personal. The restaurant server (whose name I also regret not noting) was exceptionally friendly and suggested we try Palinka with dinner — a great local touch that added to the experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Budapest, nearby shopping areas, and parking was easy and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay with attentive service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Very clean, friendly, and the food was delicious. The air conditioner could have worked better, but overall it was GREAT!

It is right off the main highway leading into Budapest. And it is surrounded by shopping centers and options.

Stayed only one short night, check-in at 3AM worked perfectly fine. The bed was big and comfortable, everything was nicely clean. Staff friendly and professional, big parking on site. Overall a very good experience.

Hotel in renovation, but other than that ok. Sauna was not on when i went there.

The staff wasn’t good at all, in breakfast when i was eating salad there was ants in the salad it was gross I didn’t eat anything i got back to the room It wasn’t good at all the last time i’m coming back for this hotel i’m sorry Thankyou!

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel which was very conveniently located. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Would recommend.

Friendly staff at the front desk, the fitness center was spacious and had a variety of good quality equipment, and the rooms were clean and modern. My only complaint was that the food on the breakfast buffet that is meant to be hot was barely Luke-warm, but there was still a good variety and plenty of options to choose from.

Pretty good. Service and food was excellent. Slight issues with my Credit Card not working for the reservation but worked on actual payment. Also room key did not work first time and had to have it reprogrammed.

Rooms clean and fairly spacious, Bathroom looks pretty new... Staff Friendly and English widely spoken by hotel staff. Location near shopping mall... Restaurant only had one coffee machine operating during breakfast... food was reasonable.
