The best hotel that we've stayed in Toronto The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice. The breafast is perfect Sincerely perfect :)

After booking with Expedia .. I arrived at the hotel only to be told I couldn’t use my KOHO credit card. I have used my credit card at other hotels with NO PROBLEM. Like come on I have my money and you don’t even know how far I’m going from and then turn me away. If you don’t have an actual VISA (not debit) or Mastercard, then they told me if I use a debit visa I would have to put down $300 for my incidental fee. Never again. And they overpriced. They check in lady not nice and professional at all.

Very nice hotel

The rooms were great and all the staff. The only issue was the breakfast options. Members of my family were vegetarians and one also had a gluten allergy, the options were very,very limited. We paid premium prices but the food options were poor. We had to go to the Walmart over the rood to get the breakfast food that they could eat, like gluten free bread and cereals. I do think that this really needs to be improved, especially due to the location of the hotel and the diversity of the guests. I stay in many hotels and the majority do cater for vegetarians and people that have allergies, but this hotel does not at all. I would appreciate if I could receive some feedback.

Every thing okay other then water service at front entrance

Only problem I noticed during my stayed.Drinking water filled from Gym had diet and contaminated not drinkable .

This stay for us was absolutely amazing. The room and the customer service was beyond fantastic. The room was so clean and in excellent condition. Great continental Breakfast and served and made with smile. The hotel accomdated us a couple of hours earlier than the check in time. We got there at 1p and just told them to call us if the rooms get ready before 3p. We were going out for lunch. The manager checked and said room was ready and we could check in. Awesome staff everywhere. Reception, breakfast, cleaning services. Not once we crossed path with the staff without getting a greeting and a kind amd warm smile. Swimming pool, two gyms and some quiet tech rooms for you to attend a meeting or get some work done if you are working while at the hotel.

The receptionist was very professional and nice

One evening we had a friend come to hang out with us, the front desk person did not confirm with us, and just gave him a key to our room. This is VERY VERY unsafe practice.

Holiday Inn Express are consistent across all locations and their staff and rooms are excellent. Not too much to do directly around that area but has amenities close by and you’re not in the chaos of downtown Toronto.
