Thanks to Hotel Paganelli for making our time in Venice so easy. You guys are great along with the two rooms. Location was perfect,staff was out of this world, friendly and always addressed us by name as we came through the lobby. Huge thank you for arranging our private water taxi on arrival from train station and departure to airport. 10/10 and then some. Thank you. Wish we could visit more often.

Very comfortable hotel, with fabulous views over the water. Wonderful location with St Mark's and other main sights all close by. Also situated right next to a waterbus stop making journey to airport, Murano, Burano and rest of Venice extremely easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Very good breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes, and gluten-free bread as standard.

Room was in good condition but was very tight quarters for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not much room to move around in the room itself. It was hot in the room at night with no way to control temperature, so we had to keep windows open but then the bell tower would ring in the morning and wake us. Additionally, pillows were hard and so sleep was not restful. Breakfast was not included in our price. On a positive note, the hotel location was perfectly convenient, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and room cleaning/turnover was good.

The room was always beautifully cleaned, the staff was polite and helpful. Since I am not very mobile and use a walker, the day before we left, a boy went to see us off at the water bus stop because we didn't know where it was. Thank you very much for your kindness.

The room is big, clean, the bathroom has good space , the location is perfect just 5 min walking to san Marcos , the breakfast is plenty and delicious , I would stay again

Staff was great, breakfast was very good. The shower, bidet and sink water didn't drain properly. Water was just sitting there as I'm brushing my teeth and have to stare at the toothpaste water, spit, etc... Same with the shower, didn't drain and I am having to stand in bath scum water.

The hotel is a 3 star, with a friendly Staff and lovely room decorated in dark moody colours. We found the room a bit too warm, but were unable to get the air conditioner to work. Leaving the window open was not a good choice due to the middle of the night visitors in the street outside. Breakfast at the companion hotel was lovely with great options. Great location, close to San Marco square.

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staffs. They communicated well and respond at the right time. Didn’t realized that after an elevator there would be stairs and few more steps around to get to the room instead of straight one ride on the elevator. Glass window in the bathroom is still see through. But other than that everything was good. Thank you.

Only stayed one night due to a canceled flight, but we had a great time. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Very small but it’s Venice so understandable. Water taxi from the airport drops you off about 75 steps from the front door.

Amazing hotels and staff. Great location to explore Venice.

Great front desk folks as they are open 24 hours and kept our luggage while we are away. They are very knowledge able about the surrounding restaurants, especially the vaporetto timings (ferry/boat) and they called and booked a table for us, as they are such a nice people. I can stay again just because of the front desk folks.

Great property overlooking the water with good rooms and a view

Great location - overlooking the water and ferry accessibility in San Marco area. We should have looked closer at hotel rating being a 3-star - not the best amenities available (eg restocking body wash/ shampoo was challenging). Hotel staff were friendly enough and accommodating.
