The property was easily found. We had late check in and the July 4th celebration went on into the early morning…about 1am. Our room was comfortably cool and appeared to be clean. However, we spilled a few drops of coffee on the entry floor, used the bathroom washcloth to clean the floor and we were amazed at the dirt on our wash cloth. The hours of breakfast are from 6 to 10. We did not get down till 9:15…very little was left. Cheese omelettes were brought out after we complained.

Received upgraded room since reserved room was not available. Front desk was very friendly and helpful

The room was extremely hot. The man came up, told us basically he could do nothing to help. There were no fans. The room was not very clean. We found zin packets in 2 of the 3 rooms.

We stayed for a softball tourney. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. The tourney cancelled due to weather and the management allowed us to cancel our room for one night, which was greatly appreciated. Staff is very friendly!

When Holiday Inn Express locations first appeared, they wowed us with impressive inovations and customer-focused amenities and service.. This location now seems a little bit worn out or tired. Breakfast offerings were a bit thin.

Sadly they lost having a hot tub and it’s been broken down . Only booked for the hot tub

Our favorite hotel in Chickasha! The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! And the pancake machine is my favorite of their extensive breakfast!

No remote for TV, lights burnt out, no assistance free front desk

Ask for a refund and was denied. Gave plenty of time. Wouldn’t recommend them

This place was clean and pretty nice breakfast options!

Listing still shows hot tub access but on arrival we were told that it has actually been shut down for around a years time. This was the main reason I chose this property.

It was nice, the room was very clean & conveniently located to all our activities. We did have to wait 20 minutes to check in. The one staff member was “coding rooms”. Elevator was not working one afternoon so we had to use the stairs.

Fine for the price

The staff was super. The breakfast was good. But the facility is in need of updating. The hot tub was non-working permanently. The pool wasn't heated. The carpet was old and stained. The worst was the disposable glasses were not sealed in plastic. They had been rewrapped in plastic wrap. The shower curtain wasn't very clean either.

It wasn’t very good. I had a room full of kids and they were looking forward to going swimming but the pool and hot tub was out of order. Their we’re beer bottle caps on the floor in our room. The breakfast didn’t have any chocolate milk.
